1. A clothes drying method is applied to an air conditioner and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring indoor air humidity;
obtaining a clothes drying threshold value according to the air humidity;
acquiring the humidity of the clothes in real time;
selectively executing a clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity acquired in real time and the clothes drying threshold value;
and selectively finishing the clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity acquired in real time in the clothes drying process and the clothes drying threshold value.
2. A method of drying clothes according to claim 1, characterized in that said step of deriving a drying threshold from said air humidity comprises:
and calculating the product of the air humidity and a preset coefficient to obtain the clothes drying threshold, wherein the preset coefficient is more than or equal to a value 1.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of selectively performing the drying function according to the humidity of the laundry and the drying threshold acquired in real time comprises:
comparing the clothes humidity acquired in real time with the clothes drying threshold;
and if the clothes humidity is greater than or equal to the clothes drying threshold value, executing a clothes drying function.
4. The clothes drying method according to claim 3, further comprising, after the step of comparing the clothes humidity acquired in real time with the clothes drying threshold:
and if the clothes humidity acquired continuously for the preset times is smaller than the clothes drying threshold value, stopping acquiring the clothes humidity.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of selectively terminating the drying function according to the humidity of the laundry obtained in real time during the drying process and the drying threshold comprises:
comparing the clothes humidity acquired in real time in the clothes drying process with the clothes drying threshold;
and if the humidity of the clothes acquired in the clothes drying process is smaller than the clothes drying threshold, controlling to finish the clothes drying function.
6. A clothes drying apparatus applied to an air conditioner, characterized in that the clothes drying apparatus (100) comprises:
a first acquisition module (110) for acquiring indoor air humidity;
a calculation module (120) for obtaining a drying threshold value according to the air humidity;
a second acquisition module (130) for acquiring the humidity of the laundry in real time;
and the control module (140) is used for selectively executing a clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity and the clothes drying threshold acquired in real time, and selectively finishing the clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity and the clothes drying threshold acquired in real time in the clothes drying process.
7. The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the calculating module (120) is further configured to calculate a product of the air humidity and a preset coefficient, resulting in the clothes drying threshold, wherein the preset coefficient is greater than or equal to a value 1.
8. Laundry drying apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the control module (140) comprises: the comparison submodule (141) is used for comparing the clothes humidity acquired in real time with the clothes drying threshold value;
an execution submodule (142) for executing a drying function in case the laundry humidity is greater than or equal to the drying threshold;
and the stopping submodule (143) is used for stopping acquiring the clothes humidity under the condition that the clothes humidity acquired for continuous preset times is smaller than the clothes drying threshold value.
9. The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the comparison submodule (141) is further configured to compare the clothes humidity acquired in real time during the clothes drying process with the clothes drying threshold;
the execution submodule (142) is also used for controlling the drying function to be finished under the condition that the humidity of the clothes acquired in the drying process is smaller than the drying threshold value.
10. An air conditioner comprising a controller for performing the drying method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
Background
Currently, some air conditioners on the market are provided with a drying rack for drying the clothes hung on the drying rack.
However, such air conditioners can only dry the clothes hung on the clothes drying rack at regular time, and since the drying time cannot be guaranteed to be accurate, the too long time will cause energy waste, and the too short time will cause the clothes not to be dried. Therefore, such air conditioners have poor clothes drying effect, resulting in poor user experience.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problems that the prior art can not give consideration to energy saving and clothes drying effects and the user experience is not good.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a clothes drying method which has the characteristics of energy conservation and better clothes drying effect.
The embodiment of the invention provides a clothes drying method applied to an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring indoor air humidity;
obtaining a clothes drying threshold value according to the air humidity;
acquiring the humidity of the clothes in real time;
selectively executing a clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity acquired in real time and the clothes drying threshold value;
and selectively finishing the clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity acquired in real time in the clothes drying process and the clothes drying threshold value.
According to the clothes drying method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the obtained clothes humidity is compared with the clothes drying threshold value, the drying and wetting condition of the clothes is judged according to the comparison result, the clothes drying function is further selectively executed, and the problem that the energy is wasted because the user continues to dry under the condition that the user accidentally touches or the clothes to be dried do not exist is avoided. The clothes humidity in the clothes drying process is compared with the clothes drying threshold value, whether the clothes are dried is judged in real time according to the comparison result, the clothes drying function is finished in time when the clothes are dried, energy waste is prevented, if the clothes are judged not to be dried, the clothes drying function is continuously executed, incomplete clothes drying is avoided, and better user experience is obtained.
In an alternative embodiment, the step of deriving a drying threshold according to the air humidity comprises:
and calculating the product of the air humidity and a preset coefficient to obtain the clothes drying threshold, wherein the preset coefficient is more than or equal to a value 1.
In an alternative embodiment, the step of selectively performing the drying function according to the laundry humidity acquired in real time and the drying threshold includes:
comparing the clothes humidity acquired in real time with the clothes drying threshold;
and if the clothes humidity is greater than or equal to the clothes drying threshold value, executing a clothes drying function.
In an optional embodiment, after the step of comparing the laundry humidity obtained in real time with the laundry drying threshold, the method further includes:

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a flow of a clothes drying method according to the present embodiment. The clothes drying method is applied to the air conditioner, the clothes can be dried while energy waste is avoided, and user experience is better. The clothes drying method comprises the following steps:
step S101, acquiring the indoor air humidity.
The humidity detection device is arranged in the room or on the shell of the indoor unit, and the detection result of the humidity detection device is obtained, so that the indoor air humidity can be obtained.
In fact, in this embodiment, before step S101, the drying method further includes obtaining a user instruction, that is, when the user instruction is received, the controller of the air conditioner starts the drying method executed by step S101. In other embodiments, a detection device may be further disposed on the clothes drying rack configured to the air conditioner, when clothes are hung on the clothes drying rack, the detection device sends a detection signal to the controller, and when the controller receives the detection signal, the controller enters a clothes drying logic and starts the clothes drying method executed in step S101.

The clothes humidity is obtained by detecting the clothes hung on the clothes drying rack according to a humidity detection device additionally arranged. The humidity detection device for detecting the clothes can be arranged on an indoor unit of an air conditioner or directly arranged on a clothes drying rack in practical application.
It should be noted that, step S103 and step S101 are not in sequence, and in this embodiment, when the controller receives a clothes drying instruction and enters the clothes drying logic, step S101 and step S103 are performed almost simultaneously.
Further, the clothes drying method can also comprise the following steps:

That is, when a user instruction is obtained or a detection signal transmitted by the detection device is received, the controller of the air conditioner does not directly start to perform the clothes drying function. The controller judges whether the clothes need to be dried through the clothes drying function according to the clothes humidity and the clothes drying threshold value acquired in real time, and energy waste caused by mistaken touch of a user or mistaken execution of the clothes drying function due to the fault of the detection device is avoided.
In fact, in this embodiment, the performing of the drying function means that the controller controls the air conditioner to adjust the powerful air speed and adjust the air outlet to be aligned with the clothes hung on the drying rack. In other embodiments, the control is performed according to the specific clothes drying function configured by the air conditioner.

Under the condition that the humidity of the clothes is greater than or equal to the clothes drying threshold value, namely the humidity of the clothes is greater than or equal to the preset coefficient times the humidity of the air, the clothes humidity is too high under the current environment, and the natural drying needs a very long time, so that the clothes drying function is executed, and the air conditioner is controlled to actively dry the clothes.
And in the substep S1043, if the clothes humidity acquired for the continuous preset times is less than the clothes drying threshold value, stopping acquiring the clothes humidity.
In this embodiment, the preset number of times is three, that is, when the humidity of the clothes obtained three times in succession is smaller than the clothes drying threshold, it is determined that the humidity of the clothes does not need to be actively dried, or the user touches the clothes drying rack by mistake, no clothes exists on the clothes drying rack, the acquisition of the humidity of the clothes is stopped, and the controller exits the clothes drying logic.

Under the condition that the clothes are actively dried through the substep S1042, the drying degree of the clothes is judged in real time according to the clothes humidity and the clothes drying threshold value which are acquired in real time in the clothes drying process, and the clothes drying function is finished in time when the clothes are judged to be dried, so that the energy waste is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a sub-step flow of step S105, wherein step S105 may include:
and a substep S1051 of comparing the clothes humidity acquired in real time in the clothes drying process with a clothes drying threshold value.
And a substep S1052, controlling to finish the drying function if the humidity of the clothes acquired in the drying process is less than the drying threshold value.
After the clothes drying function is executed, if the humidity of the clothes acquired at a certain time is smaller than the clothes drying threshold value, the clothes are represented to be dried, at the moment, the controller immediately controls the air conditioner to finish the clothes drying function, the clothes drying logic is quitted, and energy waste caused by over-drying is avoided.
Therefore, according to the clothes drying method provided by the embodiment, the obtained clothes humidity is compared with the clothes drying threshold, the drying condition of the clothes is judged according to the comparison result, the clothes drying function is selectively executed, and the problem that the user continues to dry the clothes to be dried by mistake or under the condition that the clothes to be dried do not exist is solved, so that energy waste is caused. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a clothes drying device 100 according to the present embodiment. This clothing device 100 of drying is applied to the air conditioner, can guarantee that the clothing is dry when avoiding the energy extravagant, and user experience is better. The clothes drying device 100 includes a first obtaining module 110, a calculating module 120, a second obtaining module 130 and a control module 140.
The first acquiring module 110 is configured to acquire an indoor air humidity.
By arranging a humidity detection device in an indoor unit or an indoor unit housing, the first obtaining module 110 is in communication connection with the humidity detection device, and the first obtaining module 110 obtains a detection result of the humidity detection device, that is, the indoor air humidity can be obtained. Namely, the first obtaining module 110 is used for executing the step S101 of the aforementioned clothes drying method.
And the calculating module 120 is used for obtaining the clothes drying threshold value according to the air humidity.
In this embodiment, after the first obtaining module 110 obtains the air humidity, the calculating module 120 calculates a product of the air humidity and a preset coefficient to obtain the clothes drying threshold. The specific value of the preset coefficient can be adjusted according to the application environment and the required clothes drying degree, and is required to be greater than or equal to the value 1. That is, the calculating module 120 is used for executing the step S102 and the sub-step S1021 of the aforementioned clothes drying method.
And a second obtaining module 130 for obtaining the humidity of the laundry in real time.
The humidity of the clothes is obtained by the second obtaining module 130 according to the humidity detecting device additionally added to detect the clothes hung on the clothes drying rack. In practical applications, the humidity detection device for detecting the clothes may be disposed on an indoor unit of an air conditioner, or directly disposed on a clothes drying rack, and the second obtaining module 130 is in communication connection with the humidity detection device. Namely, the second obtaining module 130 is used for executing the step S103 of the aforementioned clothes drying method.
The control module 140 is configured to selectively perform a drying function according to the humidity of the laundry and the drying threshold acquired in real time, and selectively terminate the drying function according to the humidity of the laundry and the drying threshold acquired in real time during the drying process. That is, the control module 140 is used for executing the steps S104 and S105 of the clothes drying method.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a control module 140, wherein the control module 140 includes a comparison sub-module 141, an execution sub-module 142, and a stop sub-module 143.
The comparison sub-module 141 is configured to compare the clothes humidity acquired in real time with a clothes drying threshold. I.e. the sub-module 141 is used to perform the sub-step S1041 of the aforementioned drying method.
And an execution submodule 142 for executing the drying function when the humidity of the laundry is greater than or equal to the drying threshold.
Under the condition that the humidity of the clothes is greater than or equal to the clothes drying threshold value, namely the humidity of the clothes is greater than or equal to the preset coefficient times the humidity of the air, the clothes humidity is too high under the current environment, and the natural drying needs a very long time, so that the clothes drying function is executed, and the air conditioner is controlled to actively dry the clothes. I.e. the execution sub-module 142 is used to execute the sub-step S1042 of the aforementioned drying method.
And the stopping submodule 143 is configured to stop obtaining the humidity of the laundry when the humidity of the laundry obtained for the consecutive preset times is smaller than the threshold value of the laundry drying.
In this embodiment, the preset number of times is three, that is, when the humidity of the clothes obtained three times in succession is smaller than the clothes drying threshold, it is determined that the humidity of the clothes does not need to be actively dried, or the user touches the clothes drying rack by mistake, no clothes exists on the clothes drying rack, the acquisition of the humidity of the clothes is stopped, and the controller exits the clothes drying logic. In addition, after the execution sub-module 142 executes the drying function, the drying process starts, and the comparison sub-module 141 is further configured to compare the humidity of the clothes obtained in real time during the drying process with the drying threshold. I.e. the sub-module 141, is also used to perform the aforementioned sub-step S1051 of the drying method.
The execution sub-module 142 is further configured to control to end the drying function when the humidity of the laundry obtained in the drying process is less than the drying threshold.
After the clothes drying function is executed, if the humidity of the clothes acquired at a certain time is smaller than the clothes drying threshold value, the clothes are represented to be dried, the clothes drying logic is exited, and energy waste caused by over-drying is avoided. That is, the execution sub-module 142 is also used to execute the sub-step S1052 of the aforementioned drying method.
It can be seen that, in the clothes drying device 100 provided in this embodiment, the obtained humidity of the clothes is compared with the clothes drying threshold, and the dryness and wetness conditions of the clothes are determined according to the comparison result, so that the clothes drying function is selectively executed, and the energy waste caused by the fact that the user continues to dry by mistake or under the condition that the clothes to be dried do not exist is prevented. The present embodiment further provides an air conditioner, which includes a controller, wherein the controller is configured to execute the clothes drying method of steps S101 to S105, and the sub-steps corresponding to the steps.
Therefore, the air conditioner provided by the invention has the characteristics of energy conservation and better clothes drying effect, and can remarkably improve the user experience.
