1. Washing machine, characterized in that it comprises:

a detergent box defining an accommodating space;

a liquid pump having a pump suction pipe;

the detergent drawer is movably arranged in the accommodating space and used for placing a detergent bottle;

the top of the liquid storage box is provided with a liquid pumping butt joint pipe;

the driving device drives the liquid storage box to move;

when the detergent drawer is closed, the liquid pumping butt joint pipe of the liquid storage box is butted with the pump suction pipe of the liquid pumping pump, and the liquid storage box is in sealed butt joint with the detergent bottle;

the driving device drives the liquid storage box to move towards the direction far away from the liquid pump, the liquid storage box drives the detergent box drawer to move, and the liquid pumping butt joint pipe of the liquid storage box is separated from the liquid pump.

2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the detergent drawer comprises a containing groove and a connecting groove which are connected; the detergent bottle is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the liquid storage box is arranged in the connecting groove;

a limiting notch is formed on the bottom wall of the connecting groove; the limiting notch is arranged at one end far away from the accommodating groove to form a first limiting part;

the bottom of the liquid storage box is provided with a first limiting block arranged in the limiting notch;

for the stock solution box, when the detergent drawer moves to the direction of keeping away from the stock solution box, the detergent bottle with the stock solution box phase separation, first spacing portion is close to first stopper gradually to move to extreme position when first stopper with first spacing portion looks butt.

3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the liquid storage box comprises a limiting plate far away from the liquid pump, and a liquid inlet butt joint port is formed in the limiting plate;

the end part of the accommodating groove close to the connecting groove is provided with a rear end plate, and the rear end plate is provided with a connecting opening corresponding to a liquid inlet butt joint opening on the liquid storage box; and the bottle mouth of the detergent bottle penetrates through the communication port to be in sealed butt joint with the liquid inlet butt joint port.

4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the groove depth of the connecting groove is greater than that of the accommodating groove;

the top end face of the third limiting block is positioned between the plane where the groove bottom of the accommodating groove and the plane where the groove bottom of the connecting groove are located;

the detergent drawer and the liquid storage box move towards the direction close to the third limiting block, and the third limiting block moves into the limiting notch;

when the limiting plate of the liquid storage box is abutted against the third limiting block, the liquid storage box moves to the limiting position; the detergent drawer continues to move, and the detergent bottle is separated from the liquid storage box.

5. The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the detergent box comprises a water inlet box and a water distribution plate which jointly define and contain the containing space;

a second limiting part is arranged on one side of the water distribution plate close to the detergent drawer; a second limiting block is arranged at the top of the groove wall of the connecting groove;

when the second limiting block abuts against the second limiting part in the moving process of the detergent drawer, the second limiting part applies resistance to the movement of the second limiting block; when the external force exerted on the second limiting block is greater than the resistance exerted on the second limiting block by the second limiting part, the second limiting block moves along the first limiting part.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the liquid storage box comprises a liquid storage box body and is characterized in that a guide groove is formed in the groove wall of the connecting groove, and a guide plate installed in the guide groove is arranged on the liquid storage box body.

8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the driving device comprises a motor, a gear driven by the motor and a rack meshed with the gear;

a guide groove is formed on the water distribution plate, and a through hole penetrating through the water distribution plate along the up-down direction is formed at the rear end of the guide groove to form a guide rail; the rack is installed in the guide groove and can freely move within the limit distance of the guide rail.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein: a clamping plate extending downwards is arranged at the rear end of the rack, penetrates through the through hole and is clamped at the rear side of the liquid storage box; the motor drives the gear to rotate, the gear drives the rack to move, the clamping plate on the rack drives the liquid storage box, and the liquid storage box is provided with the detergent drawer to move forwards.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein: a push switch is arranged between the bottom plate of the detergent drawer and the water inlet box and comprises a lock hook and a lock catch; one of the detergent drawer and the water inlet box is provided with a lock hook, and the other is provided with a lock catch; when the detergent drawer is closed, the lock hook corresponds to the lock catch, and the push switch is locked.

Background

At present, in the existing washing machine using a detergent with a bottled structure, a detergent bottle is fixed on a drawer, a port of the detergent bottle is in butt joint with a liquid pumping interface, when a user pulls and pulls the drawer at any time, the detergent can be omitted in a detergent water box when the port of the detergent bottle is separated from the butt joint, so that the rinsing is not clean, and the detergent is wasted.

The invention is provided in view of the above.

the driving device drives the liquid storage box to move towards the direction far away from the liquid pump, the liquid storage box drives the detergent box drawer to move, and the liquid pumping butt joint pipe of the liquid storage box is separated from the liquid pump.

As a practical way, the detergent drawer includes a containing groove and a connecting groove which are connected; the detergent bottle is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the liquid storage box is arranged in the connecting groove;

a limiting notch is formed on the bottom wall of the connecting groove; the limiting notch is arranged at one end far away from the accommodating groove to form a first limiting part;

the bottom of the liquid storage box is provided with a first limiting block arranged in the limiting notch;

for the stock solution box, when the detergent drawer moves to the direction of keeping away from the stock solution box, the detergent bottle with the stock solution box phase separation, first spacing portion is close to first stopper gradually to move to extreme position when first stopper with first spacing portion looks butt.

As an implementation mode, the liquid storage box comprises a limiting plate far away from the liquid pump, and a liquid inlet butt joint port is arranged on the limiting plate;

the top end face of the third limiting block is positioned between the plane where the groove bottom of the accommodating groove and the plane where the groove bottom of the connecting groove are located;

the detergent drawer and the liquid storage box move towards the direction close to the third limiting block, and the third limiting block moves into the limiting notch;

when the limiting plate of the liquid storage box is abutted against the third limiting block, the liquid storage box moves to the limiting position; the detergent drawer continues to move, and the detergent bottle is separated from the liquid storage box.

As an implementable manner, the detergent box includes a water inlet box and a water dividing plate which together define a receiving space for receiving the water;

a second limiting part is arranged on one side of the water distribution plate close to the detergent drawer; a second limiting block is arranged at the top of the groove wall of the connecting groove;

As an implementation mode, a push switch is arranged between the bottom plate of the detergent drawer and the water inlet box and comprises a lock hook and a lock catch; one of the detergent drawer and the water inlet box is provided with a lock hook, and the other is provided with a lock catch; when the detergent drawer is closed, the lock hook corresponds to the lock catch, and the push switch is locked.

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with specific examples to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention and to practice it, but the scope of the present invention as claimed is not limited to the scope described in the specific embodiments. The washing machine comprises a machine body and a detergent box assembly arranged on the machine body, as shown in fig. 1-18, the detergent box assembly comprises a detergent box 1, a detergent drawer 2 and a liquid storage box 5 which are movably arranged in the detergent box 1, a driving device, a liquid level detection unit and a liquid pump 15.

The detergent box 1 comprises a water inlet box 8, a water distribution plate 9 and a water distribution plate cover 10, wherein the water distribution plate 9 is installed on the water inlet box 8, and the water inlet box 8 and the water distribution plate cover 10 are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the water distribution plate 9. The water diversion plate 9 and the water inlet box 8 jointly define a containing space 11 which is open at one end and is used for containing the liquid storage box 5 and the detergent drawer 2. The water diversion plate 9 and the water diversion plate cover 10 together define a water inlet cavity 13, the water inlet cavity 13 is communicated with the accommodating space 11, and the water inlet cavity 13 is connected with a water inlet pump 14 to convey water to the water inlet cavity 13. The water diversion plate 9 is provided with a diversion channel communicated with the accommodating space 11 so as to guide the entering water flow into the accommodating space 11 and discharge the water flow into the washing machine through the detergent box 1. Here, an open end of the detergent box 1 is referred to as a front end, and an end opposite to the open end is referred to as a rear end.

As shown in fig. 3-12, the liquid storage box 5 includes a liquid storage box body 6 and a liquid storage box cover 7, and the liquid storage box body 6 and the liquid storage box cover 7 cooperate to define a liquid storage cavity 60. The liquid pump 15 comprises a pump suction pipe, the liquid storage cavity 60 is connected with the pump suction pipe of the liquid pump 15, and the liquid pump 15 pumps out the detergent in the liquid storage box 5 and puts the detergent into the washing machine.

The bottom of the liquid storage box body 6 is provided with a guide rod 61 vertical to the liquid storage box body. The liquid level detection unit comprises a float trigger 62 and a liquid level sensing device 81. Wherein, the float trigger 62 is sleeved on the guide rod 61 and can move along the guide rod 61; the liquid level sensing device 81 is disposed on the water inlet box 8 of the detergent box 1, and the liquid level sensing device 81 corresponds to the position of the float trigger 62. With the amount of the detergent in the liquid storage box 5, the float trigger 62 is positioned at different positions of the guide rod 61 under the buoyancy of the detergent, so that the distance between the float trigger 62 and the liquid level sensing device 81 is different.

When enough detergent is contained in the liquid storage box 5, and the distance between the float trigger 62 and the liquid level sensing device 81 is greater than the sensing distance of the liquid level sensing device 81, the float trigger 62 is positioned outside the sensing range of the liquid level sensing device 81, and the liquid level sensing device 81 cannot sense the float trigger 62;

when detergent is absent in the liquid storage box 5, and the distance between the float trigger 62 and the liquid level sensing device 81 is smaller than the sensing distance of the liquid level sensing device 81, the float trigger 62 is in the sensing range of the liquid level sensing device 81, and the liquid level sensing device 81 senses the float trigger 62. The corresponding relation exists between the sufficient detergent content in the liquid storage box 5 and the situation that the float trigger 62 is positioned outside the sensing range of the liquid level sensing device 81, and the corresponding relation exists between the small detergent content in the liquid storage box 5 and the situation that the float trigger 62 is positioned in the sensing range of the liquid level sensing device 81; that is, the detergent content in the liquid storage box 5 and the position of the float trigger 62 relative to the sensing range of the liquid level sensing device 81 have a corresponding relationship, and whether the detergent is lacked in the liquid storage box 5 or not is represented by sensing the float trigger 62 through the liquid level sensing device 81 according to the corresponding relationship, and a prompt is sent out in time.

The liquid storage box cover 7 is provided with a liquid pumping butt joint pipe 71 matched with the liquid pumping pump 15 and a liquid pumping pipe 72 communicated with the liquid pumping butt joint pipe 71, and the liquid pumping pipe 72 extends to the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 60. The liquid pumping butt joint pipe 71 is arranged on the liquid storage box cover 7, and the liquid pumping pipe 72 extends to the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 60, so that on one hand, effective liquid pumping is ensured, and the residue of the detergent in the liquid storage box 5 is reduced; on the other hand, the detergent can be effectively prevented from overflowing from the liquid pumping butt joint pipe 71 arranged at the top of the liquid storage box 5; when the liquid storage box 5 moves, the liquid pumping butt joint pipe 71 positioned at the top of the liquid storage box is separated from a pump suction pipe of the liquid pumping pump 15, so that detergent is effectively prevented from being omitted to the water inlet box 8, the detergent can be rinsed cleanly, and waste of the detergent can be avoided. Stock solution box body 6 is equipped with the feed liquor on the limiting plate 63 including keeping away from the limiting plate 63 of drawing liquid pump 15 and being close to the back plate 67 of drawing liquid pump 15, and feed liquor is to interface 64, and the feed liquor is to interface 64 and locates the region that is close to stock solution chamber 60 bottom to reduce the resistance that the detergent got into stock solution box 5, thereby make things convenient for the detergent to get into stock solution box 5 fast.

In addition, the two opposite side walls of the end, close to the liquid storage box cover 7, of the liquid storage box body 6 are provided with guide plates 65, and the bottom of the liquid storage box body 6 is provided with a first limiting block 66.

The detergent drawer 2 comprises a containing groove 3 for installing the detergent bottle 19 and a connecting groove 4 with one end connected with the groove end of the containing groove 3; the receiving groove 3 and the connecting groove 4 extend in the same direction. The connecting groove 4 and the accommodating groove 3 share a groove wall, and the groove depth of the connecting groove 4 is greater than that of the accommodating groove 3. The two ends of the containing groove 3 are provided with a front end plate 31 and a rear end plate 32 which are connected with the groove wall and the groove bottom of the containing groove. The rear end plate 32 is located on the side of the bottom plate of the receiving groove 3 away from the bottom plate of the connecting groove 4, and separates the receiving groove 3 and the connecting groove 4. The front end of the containing groove 3 is provided with a handle 12 fixedly connected with the containing groove.

Specifically, the connecting groove 4 is provided with a guide groove 40 along the cavity wall in the front-rear direction, and a guide plate 65 on the liquid storage box 5 is installed in the guide groove 40 and can reciprocate along the guide groove 40. A limiting notch 41 which penetrates through the connecting groove 4 and is close to one end of the accommodating groove 3 is formed in the bottom wall of the connecting groove 4; the first position-limiting portion 42 is formed at one end of the position-limiting notch 41 away from the accommodating groove 3.

The detergent bottle 19 is installed in the accommodating groove 3, the liquid storage box 5 is installed in the connecting groove 4, and the bottom wall of the liquid storage box body 6 is matched with the bottom wall of the connecting groove 4. The first limiting block 66 on the bottom wall of the liquid storage box 5 is arranged in the limiting notch 41. When the liquid storage box 5 and the detergent drawer 2 move close to each other along the extending direction of the guide groove 40, the liquid storage box 5 moves to a limit position when being butted with the detergent bottle 19 in the containing groove 3; when the liquid storage box 5 and the detergent drawer 2 move away from each other, the first limiting part 42 is gradually close to the first limiting block 66, and the first limiting block 66 of the liquid storage box 5 is abutted against the first limiting part 42 of the accommodating groove 3 and then moves to the limiting position.

The rear end plate 32 of the containing groove 3 is provided with a communication port 33 for communicating the containing groove 3 and the connecting groove 4, and the communication port 33 corresponds to the liquid inlet butt joint port 64 on the liquid storage box 5. When the detergent drawer 2 is closed, the opening of the detergent bottle 19 passes through the communication port 33 and is in sealed butt joint with the liquid inlet butt joint port 64 on the liquid storage box 5.

The top of the groove wall of the connecting groove 4 is provided with a second limiting block 43, one side of the water diversion plate 9 close to the detergent drawer 2 is provided with a second limiting part, the second limiting part is arranged at the position of the water diversion plate 9 close to the front end side, so that when the detergent drawer 2 moves to a specific position, the second limiting block 43 is matched with the second limiting part, and the second limiting part applies resistance force for blocking the movement of the second limiting block 43 to the movement of the second limiting block. When the force applied to the second stopper 43 is greater than a certain value, the second stopper 43 moves along the second stopper portion against the resistance.

A push switch is arranged between the bottom plate of the detergent drawer 2 and the bottom wall of the water inlet box 8 and comprises a lock hook 20 and a lock catch 21; the locking state and the unlocking state between the lock hook 20 and the lock catch 21 are changed by single pushing; the push-spring switch is a conventional push-spring switch, and the structure and the operation principle thereof are well known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein again. One of the detergent drawer 2 and the water inlet box 8 is provided with a lock hook 20, and the other is provided with a lock catch 21; when the detergent drawer 2 is closed, the lock hook 20 corresponds to the lock catch 21 for matching, so as to realize the push control. In this embodiment, the locking hook 20 is installed on the bottom wall of the detergent drawer 2, and the locking buckle 21 is installed on the bottom wall of the water inlet box 8. Other types of push-spring switches with the same principle, such as a beetle switch, can also be selected.

The bottom wall of the water inlet box 8 is provided with a third limiting block 80, and the top end face of the third limiting block 80 is positioned between the plane where the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 3 and the plane where the groove bottom of the connecting groove 4 are located. The liquid storage box 5 moves forwards, and when the limiting plate 63 on the liquid storage box abuts against the third limiting block 80 on the bottom wall of the water inlet box 8, the liquid storage box 5 stops moving.

The driving device is arranged on the water distribution plate 9. The driving means is configured to drive the liquid storage cartridge 5 from the closed position to the open position using elastic energy. In this embodiment, the driving means includes a motor 50, a gear 18 driven by the motor 50, and a rack 16 engaged with the gear 18; the rack 16 is arranged on the water distribution plate 9 and arranged along the front-back direction;

the water diversion plate 9 is formed with a long and narrow guide groove 91, and the guide groove 91 extends in the front-rear direction. The rear end of the guide groove 91 is provided with a through hole penetrating the water distribution plate 9 in the up-down direction to form a guide rail 92. The rack 16 is fitted in the guide groove 91 and freely movable in the front-rear direction within the limit distance of the guide rail 92. The above guide groove 91 can ensure that the rack 16 moves back and forth smoothly without deviating from the movement track. The motor 50 is fixed to one side of the guide groove 91, and its output shaft is connected to the gear 18. The motor 50 rotates the gear 18, and the gear 18 moves the rack 16 along the guide groove 91.

The rack 16 has a free end and a catching end along the length direction, wherein the free end is located at the front side of the catching end. Wherein, the clamping end is used for clamping the rear plate 67 of the liquid storage box 5. That is, the clamping end of the rack 16 and the back plate 67 of the liquid storage box 5 can be connected together in a clamping manner. In short, the rack 16 is mounted on the water diversion plate 9, and the rear end of the rack 16 passes through the water diversion plate 9 and is connected with the rear plate 67 of the liquid storage box 5 in a clamping manner.
