1. An inner barrel, comprising:
the inner barrel body is provided with a washing space and a taking and placing opening, and the inner barrel body is a hole-free inner barrel body;
the magnetic component is arranged on one side of the bottom of the inner barrel body, which is far away from the washing space, and is connected with the inner barrel body, and the magnetic component is used for being magnetically connected with a clutch shaft of the washing machine.
2. The inner tub of claim 1, wherein a recess is formed at a side of a bottom of the inner tub body away from the washing space, a connector is provided in the recess, and the magnetic member is mounted in the recess through the connector.
3. The inner barrel of claim 1, wherein the inner barrel body comprises:
a bottom wall of the inner barrel;
the inner barrel side wall is arranged on one side of the inner barrel bottom wall and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel bottom wall.
4. The inner barrel of claim 3, wherein the inner barrel body further comprises at least one first rib, and the first rib is arranged on one side of the bottom wall of the inner barrel close to the washing space and is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the inner barrel.
5. The inner barrel of claim 3, wherein the inner barrel body further comprises at least one second rib, and the second rib is disposed at one side of the inner barrel sidewall close to the washing space and fixedly connected with the inner barrel sidewall.
6. The inner barrel of claim 3, wherein the inner barrel body further comprises:
the first convex rib is arranged on one side of the bottom wall of the inner barrel, which is close to the washing space, and is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the inner barrel;
and the second convex rib is arranged on one side of the side wall of the inner barrel, which is close to the washing space, and is fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner barrel.
7. The inner barrel of claim 3, wherein a plurality of water leakage holes are annularly formed at one end of the side wall of the inner barrel close to the top of the side wall of the inner barrel;
or a plurality of water leakage grooves are annularly arranged on the top edge of the side wall of the inner barrel.
8. The inner barrel of claim 7, wherein the sidewall of the inner barrel is inclined in a vertical direction at an angle ranging from 0 ° to 10 °.

Background
The washing machine is a device for washing clothes by converting electric energy into mechanical energy, and provides convenience for daily life of people. With the improvement of the quality of life of people, in order to realize healthy washing, clothes at ordinary times need to be classified and washed, but because the inner barrel of the washing machine in the prior art is fixed on the clutch shaft through a plurality of fastening bolts, the related parts are more, the installation process is complex, and the disassembly and the assembly are inconvenient, the inner barrel cannot be replaced. In order to implement the classified washing, it is common to purchase a plurality of washing machines for the classified washing, which results in an increase in washing costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an inner barrel and a washing machine, and aims to solve the technical problem that the washing machine in the prior art is inconvenient to classify and wash clothes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

the inner barrel side wall is arranged on one side of the inner barrel bottom wall and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel bottom wall.
According to the inner barrel, the inner barrel body further comprises at least one first convex rib, and the first convex rib is arranged on one side, close to the washing space, of the bottom wall of the inner barrel and is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the inner barrel.
According to the inner barrel, the inner barrel body further comprises at least one second convex rib, and the second convex rib is arranged on one side, close to the washing space, of the side wall of the inner barrel and is fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner barrel.
According to the inner barrel, the inner barrel body further comprises:
the first convex rib is arranged on one side of the bottom wall of the inner barrel, which is close to the washing space, and is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the inner barrel;
and the second convex rib is arranged on one side of the side wall of the inner barrel, which is close to the washing space, and is fixedly connected with the side wall of the inner barrel.

The inner barrel and the washing machine provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the inner barrel and the washing machine, the magnetic part is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the inner barrel body, so that the inner barrel body is connected with the clutch shaft through magnetic attraction, the inner barrel is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the replacement of the inner barrel is further convenient to realize;
(2) the inner barrel and the washing machine provided by the invention have the advantages that the inner barrel body is the hole-free inner barrel body, and washing water cannot enter a gap between the inner barrel body and the outer barrel in the process of washing clothes, so that pollutants between the inner barrel body and the outer barrel are prevented from entering a washing space of the inner barrel body, and the problem of unhealthy washing caused by the fact that the washing water flows between the inner barrel body and the outer barrel is thoroughly solved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides an inner barrel 100, including: an inner barrel body 10 provided with a washing space 101 and a taking-in and taking-out opening 102, wherein the inner barrel body 10 is a hole-free inner barrel body 10; the magnetic component 20 is arranged at one side of the bottom of the inner barrel body 10 far away from the washing space 101, and is connected with the inner barrel body 10, and the magnetic component 20 is used for being magnetically connected with a clutch shaft of the washing machine.
The working principle of the inner barrel 100 provided by the embodiment is as follows:
the inner tub 100 provided in this embodiment includes an inner tub body 10 having a washing space 101 and a pick-and-place opening 102, for putting laundry and water into the washing space 101 through the pick-and-place opening 102.
Because the magnetic component 20 is arranged and connected on one side of the bottom of the inner barrel body 10 far away from the washing space 101, the inner barrel body 10 is placed in the outer barrel under the normal use state, and the inner barrel body 10 is magnetically attracted and connected with the clutch shaft through the arranged magnetic component 20. When the inner barrel 100 needs to be replaced, force is applied to the inner barrel body 10, the magnetic attraction connection between the inner barrel body 10 and the clutch shaft is released, so that the whole inner barrel 100 is taken out, then the inner barrel 100 needing to be replaced is placed in the outer barrel again, the magnetic component 20 on the inner barrel body 10 needing to be replaced is in magnetic attraction connection with the clutch shaft, and therefore the inner barrel 100 is replaced and installed. And further, when the clothes need to be classified and washed, the classified washing can be realized only by replacing the inner barrel 100 of the washing machine, and a plurality of washing machines do not need to be purchased.
Further, since the inner tub body 10 of the present embodiment is the inner tub body 10 without holes, the washing water does not enter into the gap between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub in the process of washing the laundry, thereby preventing the contaminants between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub from entering into the washing space 101 of the inner tub body 10, and thoroughly solving the problem of unhealthy washing caused by the flow of the washing water between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub.
The inner barrel 100 provided by the embodiment has the beneficial effects that:
(1) in the inner barrel 100 provided by the embodiment, the magnetic component 20 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the inner barrel main body 10, so that the inner barrel main body 10 is connected with the clutch shaft through magnetic attraction, the inner barrel 100 is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the replacement of the inner barrel 100 is further convenient to realize;
(2) in the inner tub 100 provided in this embodiment, the inner tub body 10 is the inner tub body 10 without holes, and the washing water does not enter into the gap between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub during the washing of the laundry, thereby preventing the contaminants between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub from entering into the washing space 101 of the inner tub body 10, and thoroughly solving the problem of unhealthy washing caused by the flow of the washing water between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a recess 11 is formed at a side of the bottom of the inner tub body 10 away from the washing space 101, a connector is disposed in the recess 11, and the magnetic member 20 is mounted in the recess 11 through the connector. The recess 11 provided at the bottom of the inner tub body 10 on the side away from the washing space 101 serves as a cavity for coupling with the clutch shaft, and the coupling member and the magnetic member 20 are provided in the recess 11, the coupling member is coupled with the recess 11, and the magnetic member 20 is coupled with the coupling member, so that the magnetic member 20 is stably mounted in the recess 11, and the coupling structure is simple and involves very few parts. It should be understood that the connector may be any type of connector structure that stably secures the magnetic member 20 within the recess 11, and is not limited thereto.
Optionally, the recess 11 is located in the middle of the inner barrel body 10, that is, the recess 11 is located on the central axis of the inner barrel body 10, that is, the magnetic member 20 is located on the central axis of the inner barrel body 10, so that the inner barrel body 10 operates more smoothly when rotating at a high speed. Optionally, the magnetic member 20 is a magnet, and the clutch shaft is made of a metal material.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the inner barrel body 10 includes: an inner barrel bottom wall 12; the inner barrel side wall 13 is arranged on one side of the inner barrel bottom wall 12, and the inner barrel side wall 13 is fixedly connected with the inner barrel bottom wall 12. Optionally, the inner barrel bottom wall 12 and the inner barrel side wall 13 are of an integral structure. Because the inner barrel bottom wall 12 and the inner barrel side wall 13 are fixedly connected, namely the inner barrel bottom wall 12 and the inner barrel side wall 13 can not be disassembled, the traditional detachable components such as the inner barrel bottom and the wave wheel are eliminated, the inner barrel bottom wall 12 and the inner barrel side wall 13 are fixedly connected in the embodiment, so that the inner barrel 100 and the washing machine can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the production and manufacturing cost is greatly saved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the inner barrel body 10 further includes at least one first rib 14, and the first rib 14 is disposed on a side of the inner barrel bottom wall 12 close to the washing space 101 and is fixedly connected to the inner barrel bottom wall 12. The first rib 14 can be used as a water stirring rib for washing clothes, and the water flow in the washing space 101 of the inner barrel main body 10 is driven to rotate under the driving of the clutch, so that the clothes are cleaned, and the first rib 14 is fixedly connected with the bottom wall 12 of the inner barrel, i.e. can not be detached. Optionally, the first rib 14 and the inner tub bottom wall 12 are of an integrated structure, so that the first rib 14 and the inner tub bottom wall 12 are firmly connected, the inner tub body 10 and the washing machine are convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the production and manufacturing cost is greatly saved.
Optionally, since the bottom of the inner tub body 10 is provided with a concave 11 on a side away from the washing space 101, correspondingly, a corresponding convex 15 is formed on a side of the bottom of the inner tub body 10 located at the washing space 101, and the first rib 14 is provided on the periphery of the convex 15 and fixedly connected with the convex 15. Optionally, the first rib 14 and the convex portion 15 are of an integral structure.
Optionally, the number of the first ribs 14 is multiple, and a plurality of the first ribs 14 are uniformly arranged around the periphery of the convex portion 15.
Optionally, the number of the first ribs 14 is three, and three first ribs 14 are uniformly arranged around the periphery of the convex portion 15.
It should be understood that the number and arrangement of the first ribs 14 are not limited to the above-mentioned cases, and other cases are also possible, and are not limited herein.

And because the second convex rib 16 and the inner barrel side wall 13 are fixedly connected, optionally, the second convex rib 16 and the inner barrel side wall 13 are of an integral structure, so that the second convex rib 16 and the inner barrel side wall 13 are firmly connected, the inner barrel main body 10 and the washing machine are convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the production and manufacturing cost is greatly saved.

Optionally, the first ribs 14 are located between two adjacent second ribs 16, that is, the second ribs 16 are located between two adjacent first ribs 14, so that the water beating effect can be further enhanced, and further the cleaning force of clothes is increased.
In one embodiment, a plurality of ribs 161 are disposed between adjacent second ribs 16, which can further increase the water-fetching effect, thereby increasing the cleaning power of the clothes.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of water leakage holes 17 are annularly formed at one end of the inner barrel side wall 13 near the top of the inner barrel side wall 13. Alternatively, the greater the number of the water leakage holes 17, the better the drying effect of the laundry. Because the plurality of water leakage holes 17 are formed in the inner barrel side wall 13 and the plurality of water leakage holes 17 are formed in one end, close to the top of the inner barrel side wall 13, when the inner barrel body 10 rotates at a high speed for dehydration, water flow can climb to the position of the water leakage holes 17 from one side of the top of the inner barrel side wall 13 along the inner barrel side wall 13 under the action of centrifugal force, so that washing water enters a gap between the inner barrel body 10 and an outer barrel and is discharged immediately. Alternatively, the plurality of water leakage holes 17 are arranged at equal intervals. It should be understood that the arrangement of the water leakage holes 17 is not limited to the above-mentioned case, and may be other cases, which are not limited herein.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a plurality of water leakage grooves 18 are formed around the top edge of the inner barrel side wall 13. Alternatively, the greater the number of the water leakage grooves 18, the better the drying effect of the laundry. A plurality of water leakage grooves 18 are formed at the top edge of the inner tub side wall 13, and when the inner tub body 10 is rotated at a high speed to be dehydrated, water flows upward along the inner tub side wall 13 to the water leakage grooves 18 under the action of centrifugal force, so that washing water enters a gap between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub and is immediately discharged.
Alternatively, the plurality of water leakage grooves 18 are provided at equal intervals. It should be understood that the arrangement of the water leakage groove 18 is not limited to the above-mentioned case, and other cases are also possible, and is not limited herein.
It can be seen that, since the plurality of water leakage holes 17 are only disposed at one end of the inner barrel side wall 13 near the top or the plurality of water leakage grooves 18 are disposed at the top of the inner barrel side wall 13 in this embodiment, no holes are disposed at other positions of the inner barrel side wall 13 (i.e. the inner barrel body 10 is a non-porous inner barrel body 10). In the entire washing process, the washing water does not enter into the gap between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub, i.e., there is no water in the gap between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub during the washing process, and the washing water enters between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub only when the inner tub body 10 is rotated at a high speed for dehydration and then is immediately discharged, even if there is a contaminant between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub, there is no influence on the washing water to be discharged.
It should be understood that, in daily use, even if only washing water is discharged from the gap between the inner tub body 10 and the outer tub, contaminants may be accumulated in the gap, and when the contaminants in the gap between the inner tub 100 and the outer tub need to be cleaned, the inner tub 100 may be directly detached from the washing machine for clarity, which is very convenient to operate.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the sidewall 13 of the inner barrel is inclined in the vertical direction, and the inclination angle α is in the range of 0 ° to 10 °. The inner barrel side wall 13 is arranged to be inclined in the vertical direction, the inner barrel body 10 is rotated at a high speed for dehydration, washing water in the inner barrel body 10 conveniently enters the water leakage holes 17 or the water leakage groove 18, and therefore the dehydration effect is improved.
Optionally, the inclination angle α of the inner barrel sidewall 13 ranges from 1 ° to 2 °.
Optionally, the inclination angle α of the inner barrel sidewall 13 is 1 °.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the inner barrel side wall 13 and the inner barrel bottom wall 12 are perpendicular to each other, the inner barrel side wall 13 is provided with a plurality of water drainage grooves 19, the water drainage grooves 19 protrude outward from the outer wall of the inner barrel side wall 13, the groove width of the water drainage grooves 19 gradually widens from one side of the inner barrel bottom wall 12 to one side away from the inner barrel bottom wall 12, and the groove depth of the water drainage grooves 19 gradually deepens from one side of the inner barrel bottom wall 12 to one side away from the inner barrel bottom wall 12. The inner barrel side wall 13 and the inner barrel bottom wall 12 are mutually perpendicular, namely the inner barrel side wall 13 is vertically arranged, the inner barrel side wall 13 has no inclination angle, when the inclination angle is 0 degree, a plurality of water channels 19 can be arranged on the barrel side wall, the width of each water channel 19 is gradually widened from one side of the inner barrel bottom wall 12 to one side far away from the inner barrel bottom wall 12, the depth of each water channel 19 is gradually deepened from one side of the inner barrel bottom wall 12 to one side far away from the inner barrel bottom wall 12, so that the bottom of each water channel 19 (i.e. the part protruding out of the outer wall of the inner barrel side wall 13) is obliquely arranged, the beta range value of the inclination angle is 0-10 degrees, the inner barrel main body 10 is rotated at a high speed for dehydration, washing water in the inner barrel main body 10 conveniently enters the water leakage holes 17 or the.
Alternatively, a plurality of gutters 19 are provided at equal intervals on the inner tub side wall 13. It should be understood that the arrangement of the water trough 19 is not limited to the above-mentioned case, and other cases are also possible, and is not limited herein.
