Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application is described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the sterilization control method can be obviously applied to other laundry treatment apparatuses such as a washer-dryer, a laundry care machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention. Wherein, the washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine or a roller washing machine; the washer dryer may be a pulsator washer dryer, a drum washer dryer, and the like, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a sterilization control method for a washing machine, which aims to determine the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the color of clothes, provide a more reasonable sterilization mode for the clothes, effectively and reasonably sterilize the clothes, eliminate microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, germs and the like attached to the clothes in time, improve the sterilization effect of the washing machine, avoid damaging the clothes and improve the use experience of users.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a sterilization control method of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a flowchart of a sterilization control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the sterilization control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
s100, acquiring the color of the clothes;
s200, determining a sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the color;
wherein the sterilization mode comprises an ultraviolet sterilization mode, an ozone sterilization mode and a high-temperature sterilization mode; here, the temperature in the high temperature sterilization mode is greater than or equal to 90 ℃, for example, 100 ℃, 110 ℃ or the like, but the temperature in the high temperature sterilization mode is not limited to the above-mentioned temperature, and the temperature in the high temperature sterilization mode may be greater than or equal to 80 ℃, or greater than or equal to 120 ℃, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the temperature in the high temperature sterilization mode. It should be further noted that the type of the sterilization mode is not limited to the above-mentioned modes, and may also include a water heating sterilization mode, a steam sterilization mode, and the like, and the sterilization mode can be flexibly adjusted and set by those skilled in the art.
The sterilization control method of the present invention will be further described below by taking an ultraviolet sterilization mode, an ozone sterilization mode, and a high-temperature sterilization mode as examples.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the color in the step S200 specifically includes:
s211, judging whether the color is dark color or colorful;
s212, determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the judgment result of whether the color is dark color or colored color.
Preferably, the step of "determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the determination result of whether the color is the dark color or the color" in the step S212 further includes:
s221, if the color is dark color or colorful color, enabling the washing machine to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode or an ozone sterilization mode;
s222, if the color is light, determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the material of the clothes.
In step S221, if the color of the laundry is dark or colored, for example, black, red, dark blue, dark curry, camouflage, etc., it indicates that the laundry may fade, and since the sterilization temperature is positively correlated to the fading condition of the laundry, if the high temperature sterilization mode is adopted, the laundry may fade more seriously, and in order to avoid the above phenomenon, the washing machine is enabled to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode, so as to provide a more reasonable sterilization mode for the laundry, thereby improving the user experience.
In step S222, if the color of the laundry is light, for example, white, light pink, light yellow, light blue, etc., it indicates that the laundry does not fade, but if the material of the laundry is special material such as wool, cashmere, or down, if the high temperature sterilization mode is adopted, the laundry will shrink during the sterilization process and be damaged, and in order to avoid the above phenomenon, the sterilization mode of the washing machine is determined according to the material of the laundry, so that a more reasonable sterilization mode is provided for the laundry, and further the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, the step of determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the material of the laundry in the step S222 specifically includes:
s231, obtaining the material of the clothes;
s232, judging whether the material is a special material or not;
s233, if the material is special, the washing machine executes ultraviolet sterilization mode or ozone sterilization mode;
s234, if the material is a non-special material, determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the quantity of the clothes;
wherein the special material is wool, cashmere or down.
In step S233, if the material is a special material such as wool, cashmere, or down, it indicates that the clothes shrink during the high-temperature sterilization process, and the clothes are damaged, and the high-temperature sterilization mode cannot be executed; because ultraviolet degerming mode and ozone degerming mode carry out the degerming operation to the clothing under natural temperature again, can not make the clothing take place the fine hair phenomenon of contracting, can not damage the clothing, make washing machine carry out ultraviolet degerming mode or ozone degerming mode, provide more reasonable degerming mode for the clothing, and then improved user's use and experienced.
In step S234, if the material is non-specific material such as cotton, fiber, jean, etc., it indicates that the clothes will not shrink down during the high temperature sterilization process and will not be damaged, and the ultraviolet sterilization mode, the ozone sterilization mode, and the high temperature sterilization mode are all adopted to sterilize the clothes to be cleaned, but because the high temperature sterilization mode has higher energy consumption, in order to avoid the waste of energy, the sterilization mode of the washing machine is determined according to the number of the clothes, so as to provide a more reasonable sterilization mode for the clothes, and further improve the user experience.
Preferably, the step of "determining the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the number of the laundry" in the step S234 specifically includes:
s241, acquiring the quantity of the clothes;
s242, judging whether the number is smaller than a preset number threshold value or not;
s243, if the number is smaller than the preset number threshold, the washing machine is enabled to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode or an ozone sterilization mode;
and S244, if the number is larger than or equal to the preset number threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute the high-temperature sterilization mode.
In step S243, if the number of the laundry is less than the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the laundry is small, and the laundry is dispersed uniformly in the washing tub of the washing machine, and if the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode is adopted, all the laundry can be effectively sterilized, although the sterilization effect of the high temperature sterilization mode is better than that of the ultraviolet sterilization mode and the ozone sterilization mode, the energy consumption of the high temperature sterilization mode is high, and in order to avoid the waste of energy, the washing machine is made to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode.
In step S244, if the number of the laundry is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the laundry is large, and if the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode is adopted, there may be a dead space where ultraviolet light in the ultraviolet sterilization mode or ozone in the ozone sterilization mode cannot be applied, and effective sterilization of all the laundry cannot be ensured.
In the process, the conclusion of judging whether to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode is given through the setting of the preset quantity threshold value, so that the washing machine can execute the more reasonable sterilization mode under different conditions. The preset number threshold is the maximum number of clothes that can be effectively sterilized by determining the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode, and the preset number threshold may also be other numbers, for example, the number of experiments obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or the number of experiences obtained according to an experience, and it is sufficient if the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode can be determined whether to be performed no matter what number is adopted.
Alternatively, for the region where the electricity fee is charged in stages, if the material is a non-specific material, the washing machine is caused to determine the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the operation time period of the washing machine in step S234.
Preferably, the step of causing the washing machine to determine the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the operation time period of the washing machine in the step S234 specifically includes:
s245, judging whether the operation time period of the washing machine is in a power consumption peak time period or not;
s246, if the operation time period of the washing machine is in the peak electricity utilization time period, the washing machine is enabled to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode or an ozone sterilization mode;
and S247, if the operation time period of the washing machine is not in the peak power utilization time period, enabling the washing machine to execute a high-temperature sterilization mode.
In step S246, if the operation time period of the washing machine is in the peak time period of electricity consumption, for example, 8: 00-22: 00-14 hours are in peak electricity consumption peak time, the peak electricity price is implemented, the electricity price is expensive, the clothes can be effectively sterilized by adopting a high-temperature scalding mode or a sterilization mode, and in order to avoid the waste of energy, the washing machine is enabled to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode or an ozone sterilization mode.
In step S247, if the operation time period of the washing machine is not in the peak power consumption time period, i.e., in the low power consumption time period, 22: 00-day 8: 00 totally 10 hours are the power consumption valley period, carry out the valley price of electricity, and the price of electricity is lower, again because the degerming effect of high temperature degerming mode is better than the degerming effect of ultraviolet degerming mode and ozone degerming mode, in order to provide better degerming effect for the clothing, makes the washing machine carry out high temperature degerming mode.
It should be further noted that the time interval division of the peak time period and the valley time period is not limited to the above-mentioned time intervals, and may be 14:00-17:00, 19:00-22:00 for peak time period, 22: 00-14: 00 next day, 17: 00-19: 00 next day for valley time period, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the peak time period and the valley time period according to the local power consumption situation.
Alternatively, for the clothes with different contamination levels, in step S234, if the material is a non-specific material, the washing machine determines the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the contamination levels of the clothes.
Preferably, the step of causing the washing machine to determine the sterilization mode of the washing machine according to the degree of contamination of the laundry in the step S234 specifically includes:
s248, judging whether the dirt degree of the clothes is larger than a preset dirt degree threshold value or not;
s249, if the contamination degree of the clothes is larger than a preset contamination degree threshold value, enabling the washing machine to execute a high-temperature sterilization mode;
s2410, if the contamination degree of the clothes is less than or equal to the preset contamination degree threshold value, enabling the washing machine to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode or an ozone sterilization mode.
In step S249, if the contamination level of the laundry is greater than the preset contamination level threshold, it indicates that the laundry is dirty and has a lot of bacteria attached to the laundry, and it is difficult to effectively and completely sterilize the laundry using the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode, and in order to ensure the sterilization effect of the laundry, the washing machine is configured to perform the high temperature sterilization mode.
In the step S2410, if the contamination degree of the laundry is less than or equal to the preset contamination degree threshold, it indicates that the laundry is not too dirty, bacteria attached to the laundry are less, the laundry can be effectively and thoroughly sterilized by using the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode, although the sterilization effect of the high-temperature sterilization mode is better than that of the ultraviolet sterilization mode and the ozone sterilization mode, the energy consumption of the high-temperature sterilization mode is higher, and in order to avoid the waste of energy, the washing machine is made to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode.
In the process, the conclusion of judging whether to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode is given by presetting the dirt degree threshold value, so that the washing machine can execute the more reasonable sterilization mode under different conditions. Wherein, predetermine dirty degree threshold and for judging the biggest clothing dirty degree that adopts ultraviolet degerming mode or ozone degerming mode can effective degerming, predetermine dirty degree threshold and still can be other dirty degrees, for example the experimental dirty degree that technical staff in the field obtained according to the experiment under specific operating mode, or the experience dirty degree that obtains according to the experience, no matter what kind of dirty degree of adoption as long as can judge whether carry out ultraviolet degerming mode or ozone degerming mode can.
Further, the step of "causing the washing machine to perform the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode" in steps S221, S233, S243, and S246 specifically includes:
s251, acquiring the residual sunshine duration;
s252, judging whether the residual sunshine time is less than a preset time threshold value;
s253, if the residual sunshine duration is less than a preset time threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode;
and S254, if the residual sunshine duration is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute an ozone sterilization mode.
In step S253, if the remaining sunshine duration is less than the preset time threshold, which indicates that the remaining sunshine duration is shorter on the day, for example, only 3 hours of sunshine duration remain on the day, and sunshine is insufficient, and since the time consumption of the ozone sterilization mode is longer than that of the ultraviolet sterilization mode, in order to ensure that the clothes can be irradiated by sunlight for a relatively long time, so that the clothes can be quickly dried, the washing machine is made to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode which consumes less time, so as to shorten the sterilization time.
In step S254, if the remaining sunshine duration is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, it indicates that the remaining sunshine duration is longer, for example, 10 hours of sunshine duration remains in the day, the sunshine is sufficient, although the time consumption of the ozone sterilization mode is longer than that of the ultraviolet sterilization mode, the penetrating power of the ultraviolet light is weak, only the microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, germs, etc. irradiated by the ultraviolet light can be killed, and the ozone can be uniformly dispersed in the washing tub of the washing machine and can uniformly act on each piece of clothes, there is no sterilization dead angle, the sterilization effect of the ozone is better than that of the ultraviolet light, and under the condition of longer remaining sunshine duration, the washing machine is enabled to execute the ozone sterilization mode, which not only ensures the sterilization effect, but also enables the clothes to be quickly dried.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned remaining sunshine duration on the day is only an example, and is not a limitation, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the remaining sunshine duration on the day.
In the above process, a conclusion of judging whether to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode is further given by setting a preset time threshold. The preset time threshold may be the shortest time (e.g., 3.5 hours) for the clothes to be dried, or may be experimental time obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or empirical time obtained according to an experiment, as long as a boundary point determined by the preset time threshold is satisfied to meet a requirement for determining whether to execute the ultraviolet sterilization mode or the ozone sterilization mode.
Referring to fig. 2, a complete process of the detergent dispensing method of the washing machine of the present invention may be:
s100, acquiring the color of the clothes;
s211, judging whether the color is dark color or colorful;
if the color is light, go to step S231;
s231, obtaining the material of the clothes;
s232, judging whether the material is a special material or not;
s241, if not, acquiring the quantity of the clothes; otherwise, executing step S251;
s242, judging whether the number is smaller than a preset number threshold value or not;
s244, if not, enabling the washing machine to execute a high-temperature sterilization mode; otherwise, executing step S251;
if the color is dark or colored, the step S251 is performed;
s251, acquiring the residual sunshine duration;
s252, judging whether the residual sunshine time is less than a preset time threshold value;
s253, if so, the washing machine is enabled to execute an ultraviolet sterilization mode;
and S254, if not, enabling the washing machine to execute an ozone sterilization mode.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used for illustrating the principle of the method of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can implement the above-mentioned function allocation by different steps, i.e. re-dividing or combining the steps in the embodiment of the present invention, as required. For example, the steps of the above embodiments may be combined into one step, or further divided into multiple sub-steps to complete all or part of the functions described above. For the names of the steps involved in the embodiments of the present invention, they are only for distinguishing the respective steps, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Although not shown in the drawings, in another aspect, the present invention also provides a washing machine including a detection module and a control module, wherein the detection module is used for detecting the color, material and quantity of laundry; the control module is used for detecting the detection result of the module to execute the degerming control method.

The color detection module and the material detection module can be RFID modules, image detection modules and the like. In addition, it should be noted that the method for detecting the color, material and quantity of the clothes should not limit the present invention.
Preferably, the control module may be a control module of the washing machine itself, or may be an additional control module or other mobile terminals, which are not described herein again. In physical form, the control module may be any type of controller, such as a programmable controller, a combinational logic controller, and the like.
