Background
The spirit is a kind of distilled spirit made up by using grain as main raw material, using Daqu, Xiaoqu or bran koji and distiller's yeast as saccharification leaven and through the processes of cooking, saccharifying, fermenting and distilling. Chinese liquor has compound flavor with esters as main component, and is brewed with yeast and yeast as saccharifying ferment and starchiness (saccharine) as raw materials through steaming, saccharifying, fermenting, distilling, aging and blending.
At present, white spirit distillation is mainly carried out through the rice steamer pot, and when using the rice steamer pot to distill, need place the unstrained spirits in the rice steamer pot earlier, then boil water in the bottom of rice steamer pot, heat the unstrained spirits through steam to produce wine steam, collect wine steam from the top of rice steamer pot again, thereby obtain white spirit. After the distillation of the white spirit is completed, the distilled fermented grains (hereinafter referred to as waste materials) in the retort are poured out, and new fermented grains are added for distillation, so that the steps are repeated.
Such a distillation method has the following problems:
1. during liquor distillation, each retort corresponds to a corresponding boiler, and the storage places of the fermented grains and the waste materials are generally at a certain distance from the boilers, so that the retorts and the waste materials are transferred to a waste material storage tank together when the materials are discharged; then filling the fermented grains into an empty pot, and transferring the pot to a boiler. In the process, the temperature of water in the boiler is reduced due to the long time for removing the retort pot, and cold water needs to be heated again when the retort is distilled again, so that the waste of heat energy is caused.
2. When the steamer is used for distilling white spirit, as the blanking and the re-placement of the fermented grains are needed in each distillation, and the charging and the discharging take longer time, the steamer cannot carry out continuous distillation; and the labor intensity of loading and unloading is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drum-type white spirit distillation device to realize continuous distillation of white spirit.
The drum-type white spirit distillation device comprises a kiln head, a kiln tail, a rotary cylinder body and a mandrel positioned in the rotary cylinder body; a feed inlet is arranged on the kiln head, and a discharge outlet is arranged at the bottom of the kiln tail; the mandrel comprises a wine taking assembly, a steam pipe, a wine taking pipe and a tail wine pipe, wherein the steam pipe, the wine taking pipe and the tail wine pipe are sequentially sleeved from outside to inside and share the same axis; the wine taking assemblies are divided into two groups, each wine taking assembly comprises a steam guide pipe and a steam inlet pipe with an opening at one end, the opening ends of the steam inlet pipes are communicated with the steam guide pipes, steam inlet holes are uniformly distributed on the steam inlet pipes, the steam guide pipes are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rotary barrel, one ends of the two steam guide pipes, far away from the steam inlet pipes, are respectively communicated with the wine taking pipe and a tail wine pipe, the opening ends of the wine taking pipes are rotatably connected with a wine taking joint, the tail wine pipe penetrates through one end, far away from the wine taking pipe, of the wine taking joint, and a wine collecting pipe communicated with the tail wine taking pipe is arranged on the outer wall of the wine taking joint; the open end of the tail wine pipe is rotatably connected with a tail wine joint; the two ends of the steam pipe and the rotary cylinder are respectively and rotatably connected to the kiln head and the kiln tail, the steam pipe and the rotary cylinder are coaxial, and the rotary cylinder is connected with a driving assembly for driving the rotary cylinder to rotate; the steam inlet pipe communicated with the liquor taking pipe and the tail liquor pipe is respectively positioned in the middle of the rotary cylinder body and at one end close to the kiln tail.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the scheme are as follows: before use, the kiln head and the kiln tail are fixedly supported, the steam pipe is communicated with external water steam, and the wine collecting pipe and the tail wine joint are connected with the wine barrel. When the fermented grain feeding device is used, fermented grains are fed into the rotary barrel from the feeding hole, the rotary barrel is driven to rotate through the driving assembly, and the steam pipe, the steam inlet pipe, the steam guide pipe, the wine taking pipe and the tail wine pipe are driven to rotate through the rotation of the rotary barrel due to the fact that the steam guide pipe is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rotary barrel. The outer wall of the steam pipe is provided with the auger piece and the steam outlet, the steam pipe rotates to drive the fermented grains to move to one side of the tail of the kiln, in the moving process, water vapor coming out of the steam outlet heats the fermented grains to generate wine vapor, and the fermented grains move from the head of the kiln to one end of the tail of the kiln, so that continuous distillation of white spirit can be realized. In the moving process of the fermented grains, under the action of water vapor, substances in the fermented grains are gradually reduced, and the steam inlet pipe connected with the liquor collecting pipe and the tail liquor pipe is respectively positioned in the middle of the rotary cylinder body and at one end close to the tail of the kiln, so that the quality of liquor collected by the liquor collecting pipe is high, and the tail liquor pipe collects the tail liquor. And the distilled fermented grains fall from a discharge hole at the tail of the kiln to be collected.
In order to improve the efficiency of collecting wine steam, the open ends of the wine taking pipe and the wine tailing pipe can be connected with a negative pressure machine, and wine steam is sucked through the negative pressure machine more quickly.
Furthermore, two sets of spiral separation blades are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary cylinder body, and the two sets of spiral separation blades are respectively close to the two ends of the rotary cylinder body. Through the setting of rotatory separation blade, rotatory separation blade can block the refluence or the loss of water vapor, wine steam.
Furthermore, a steam outlet is not arranged at one end of the steam pipe close to the kiln tail. When the steam inlet pipe is positioned below the steam pipe along with the rotation of the rotary cylinder body, the gravity ball blocks the thin pipe under the action of gravity, so that fermented grains are prevented from being sucked into the wine taking pipe or the tail wine pipe from the steam inlet hole.

In order to improve the stability of the rotary cylinder 3 when rotating, the rotary cylinder 3 is provided with the belt pulley 4, and the belt pulley 4 is matched with the tug and the like through the arrangement of the belt pulley 4, so that the support of the rotary cylinder 3 can be realized, and the rotation of the rotary cylinder 3 is more stable.
In order to increase the stability among the wine taking tube 20, the tail wine tube 21 and the steam tube 13, the wine taking tube 20 may be fixed in the steam tube 13 and the tail wine tube 21 may be fixed in the wine taking tube 20 by a connector.
In order to improve the efficiency of removing the wine, the wine taking pipe 20 and the wine tailing pipe 21 can be connected with a negative pressure machine, so that the efficiency of sucking the wine steam is improved.
Example 2 differs from example 1 only in that: as shown in fig. 5, a circular cutting net 31 is fixed to the steam pipe 13, and the outer edge of the cutting net 31 is attached to the inner wall of the rotary cylinder 3. The cutting net 31 is helpful for breaking up the agglomerated fermented grains.
In examples 1 and 2, the rotary joint 22 and the tail joint 24 may be SRH type rotary joints manufactured by tengzhou shongrong rotary joint limited.
Taking the example 2 as an example, the specific implementation process is as follows: the whole drum-type white spirit distillation device is well installed, specifically, a supporting seat is used for supporting and fixing a kiln head 12 and a kiln tail 1, a base is laid on the ground, a tug is installed on the base, the tug is matched with a wheel belt 4 to support a rotary cylinder 3, and a storage tank is arranged below a discharge hopper 2; connecting external water vapor through a connecting pipe 11, wherein the pressure of the water vapor is 0.05-0.1 Mpa; the negative pressure machine is used for communicating the liquor taking joint 23 and the tail liquor joint 24, and the liquor collecting pipe 25 and the tail liquor joint 24 are respectively connected with the liquor barrel. Starting a motor 8, adding fermented grains into a feed hopper 10, driving a rotary cylinder 3, a wine taking assembly, a steam pipe 13, a wine taking pipe 20 and a tail wine pipe 21 to rotate by the motor 8, generating wine steam under the action of water steam in the process, enabling the wine steam at the front end to enter the wine taking pipe 20 to be collected, and collecting the tail wine at the rear end by the tail wine pipe 21. In the moving process of the fermented grains, the cutting net 31 realizes cutting of the agglomerated fermented grains, so that the agglomerated fermented grains are looser, the distillation effect is better, and the arrangement of the spiral baffle plate can prevent backflow or loss of the wine steam and the water steam.
