Background

The spirit is a kind of distilled spirit made up by using grain as main raw material, using Daqu, Xiaoqu or bran koji and distiller's yeast as saccharification leaven and through the processes of cooking, saccharifying, fermenting and distilling. Chinese liquor has compound flavor with esters as main component, and is brewed with yeast and yeast as saccharifying ferment and starchiness (saccharine) as raw materials through steaming, saccharifying, fermenting, distilling, aging and blending.

At present, white spirit distillation is mainly carried out through the rice steamer pot, and when using the rice steamer pot to distill, need place the unstrained spirits in the rice steamer pot earlier, then boil water in the bottom of rice steamer pot, heat the unstrained spirits through steam to produce wine steam, collect wine steam from the top of rice steamer pot again, thereby obtain white spirit. After the distillation of the white spirit is completed, the distilled fermented grains (hereinafter referred to as waste materials) in the retort are poured out, and new fermented grains are added for distillation, so that the steps are repeated.

Such a distillation method has the following problems:

1. during liquor distillation, each retort corresponds to a corresponding boiler, and the storage places of the fermented grains and the waste materials are generally at a certain distance from the boilers, so that the retorts and the waste materials are transferred to a waste material storage tank together when the materials are discharged; then filling the fermented grains into an empty pot, and transferring the pot to a boiler. In the process, the temperature of water in the boiler is reduced due to the long time for removing the retort pot, and cold water needs to be heated again when the retort is distilled again, so that the waste of heat energy is caused.

2. When the steamer is used for distilling white spirit, as the blanking and the re-placement of the fermented grains are needed in each distillation, and the charging and the discharging take longer time, the steamer cannot carry out continuous distillation; and the labor intensity of loading and unloading is large.

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the scheme are as follows: before use, the kiln head and the kiln tail are fixedly supported, the steam pipe is communicated with external water steam, and the wine collecting pipe and the tail wine joint are connected with the wine barrel. When the fermented grain feeding device is used, fermented grains are fed into the rotary barrel from the feeding hole, the rotary barrel is driven to rotate through the driving assembly, and the steam pipe, the steam inlet pipe, the steam guide pipe, the wine taking pipe and the tail wine pipe are driven to rotate through the rotation of the rotary barrel due to the fact that the steam guide pipe is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rotary barrel. In the moving process of the fermented grains, under the action of water vapor, substances in the fermented grains are gradually reduced, and the steam inlet pipe connected with the liquor collecting pipe and the tail liquor pipe is respectively positioned in the middle of the rotary cylinder body and at one end close to the tail of the kiln, so that the quality of liquor collected by the liquor collecting pipe is high, and the tail liquor pipe collects the tail liquor. And the distilled fermented grains fall from a discharge hole at the tail of the kiln to be collected.

In order to improve the efficiency of collecting wine steam, the open ends of the wine taking pipe and the wine tailing pipe can be connected with a negative pressure machine, and wine steam is sucked through the negative pressure machine more quickly.

Furthermore, two sets of spiral separation blades are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary cylinder body, and the two sets of spiral separation blades are respectively close to the two ends of the rotary cylinder body.
