A sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device is characterized by comprising a plurality of internal combustion vertical carbonization furnace units which are arranged in parallel, a coke quenching water pipeline unit and a controller (17); each internal combustion vertical carbonization furnace unit comprises a water-cooled wall heat exchanger (1), a water jacket heat exchanger (2), a coke discharging bin (3) and a scraper conveyor (8) which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the coke discharging bin (3) is provided with a distribution hydraulic gate valve (4), a hydraulic coke pusher (5) and a sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device (6); a plurality of thermal resistors (16) are uniformly distributed on the coke discharging bins (3) at the upper side and the lower side of the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device (6);
the sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device (6) comprises a motor (9), a speed reducer (10), a sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11), a valve core (12) and a plurality of low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles (7); a plurality of low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles (7) are embedded in a sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11), a motor (9) and a speed reducer (10) are respectively assembled on a driving end of the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11), a valve core (12) is assembled in the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11), the valve core (12) is installed on a driving shaft of the motor (9), and rotates in the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11) under the driving of the motor (9);
the coke quenching water pipeline unit is communicated with the low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles (7), and the controller (17) is respectively connected with the coke quenching water pipeline unit and a plurality of thermal resistors (16) arranged on the coke discharging bin (3) through signal lines, so that the monitoring and control of the temperature in the coke quenching water pipeline unit and the coke discharging bin (3) are realized.

The sealed rotary type low moisture coke quenching and discharging device of claim 1, wherein the coke quenching water pipeline unit comprises a coke quenching water header pipe (18), and a flow meter (13) and a regulating valve (14) are sequentially arranged on the coke quenching water header pipe (18) and are used for detecting and controlling the flow rate of the coke quenching water in the coke quenching water header pipe (18).

The sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the output ends of the coke quenching water main pipes (18) are respectively communicated with the input ends of the low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles (7) in the sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11) through a plurality of metal hoses (19).
4. A sealed rotary type low moisture coke quenching and discharging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the solenoid valves (15) are respectively installed on the branch pipes of the plurality of metal hoses (19).

The sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the controller (17) is a PLC controller, and the controller (17) is respectively connected with the flow meter (13), the regulating valve (14), the electromagnetic valve (15) and a plurality of thermal resistors (16) arranged on the coke discharging bin (3) through signal lines.

The sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzle directions of a plurality of low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles (7) in the sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device shell (11) are all arranged towards the valve core (12).

The sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve core (12) comprises a central shaft and a plurality of valve plates, the plurality of valve plates are respectively arranged along the circumference of the shaft body of the central shaft, and the adjacent valve plates are connected through a connecting rod; the central shaft is connected with a driving shaft of the motor, and the motor drives a plurality of valve plates on the central shaft to rotate.

A sealed rotary low moisture coke quenching and discharging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the coke discharging bin (3) comprises a first hopper, a second hopper, a third hopper and a fourth hopper; the first hopper and the second hopper are arranged in parallel, the feeding ports of the first hopper and the second hopper are respectively connected with the outlet of the water jacket heat exchanger (2), the discharging ports of the first hopper and the second hopper are respectively connected with the feeding port of the third hopper, the discharging port of the third hopper is connected with the feeding port of the fourth hopper, and the discharging port of the fourth hopper is connected with the scraper conveyor (8); an electro-hydraulic gate valve (4) is assembled at the discharge outlets of the first hopper and the second hopper, a hydraulic coke pusher (5) is assembled at the feed inlet of the third hopper, and a sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device (6) is assembled at the joint of the third hopper and the fourth hopper.
Background
The method takes Jurassic period non-caking coal and weak caking coal as raw materials to produce high-quality semi-coke and simultaneously obtains more coal tar as a target product, and the basic process comprises the following steps: a medium-low temperature-internal heating-gas heat carrier-isolated air pyrolysis process. The pyrolysis temperature is controlled to be 650-750 ℃, and the incandescent semi coke is cooled to below 260 ℃ through a water jacket and the like. At present, the subsequent sealed cooling coke discharging basically adopts water seal sealed cooling, namely water coke scooping, and the water content is generally 18-20%. The semi-coke with excessive water needs to be dried by direct combustion of coal gas, which consumes energy and increases pollution. The coke quenching method has the advantages that the coke quenching time is short, moisture is not uniformly contacted with the semi-coke, uniform coke quenching cannot be guaranteed, the semi-coke is cooled externally and internally, the problems of high temperature, low moisture, poor sealing of a coke discharging structure and the like of partial semi-coke exist, and great hidden dangers are brought to subsequent conveying and storage, such as belt burning, stacking spontaneous combustion and the like, and the moisture is generally 6-8%. The complete dry quenching technology is not mature, the existing stage is not suitable for semi coke production, the particle size of the raw materials of the coal as fired is required to be large to ensure the air permeability due to pyrolysis of the vertical furnace, the produced semi coke particles are large, the semi coke cannot be completely cooled by quenching heat exchange, and the semi coke with zero moisture has large dust treatment difficulty in the conveying and using processes and large spontaneous combustion risk in the stacking process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of energy consumption and pollution increase caused by basically adopting water seal sealing for cooling and coke discharging in the prior art, the invention provides the sealed rotary type low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device which is simple and convenient to operate and effectively solves the problems of uneven coke quenching, false quenching of heat clamping, uneven moisture and the like in the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device comprises a plurality of internal combustion vertical carbonization furnace units which are arranged in parallel, a coke quenching water pipeline unit and a controller; each internal combustion vertical carbonization furnace unit comprises a water-cooled wall heat exchanger, a water jacket heat exchanger, a coke discharging bin and a scraper machine which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the coke discharging bin is provided with a hydraulic gate valve, a hydraulic coke pusher and a sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device; a plurality of thermal resistors are uniformly distributed on the coke discharging bins on the upper side and the lower side of the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device;
the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a shell of the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device, a valve core and a plurality of low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles; the device comprises a plurality of low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles, a motor, a speed reducer, a valve core, a motor, a speed reducer, a motor, a valve core and a water pump, wherein the low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles are embedded in a shell of a sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device;
the coke quenching water pipeline unit is communicated with the low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzles, and the controller is respectively connected with the coke quenching water pipeline unit and the plurality of thermal resistors arranged on the coke discharging bin through signal lines, so that the monitoring and control of the temperature in the coke quenching water pipeline unit and the temperature in the coke discharging bin are realized.
Preferably, the coke quenching water pipeline unit comprises a coke quenching water main pipe, and a flowmeter and an adjusting valve are sequentially arranged on the coke quenching water main pipe and used for detecting and controlling the flow of coke quenching water in the coke quenching water main pipe.
Furthermore, the output end of the coke quenching water main pipe is respectively communicated with the input end of a low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzle in the shell of the sealed rotary low-moisture coke quenching and discharging device through a plurality of metal hoses.
Furthermore, electromagnetic valves are respectively arranged on the branch pipes of the metal hoses.
Preferably, the controller is a PLC controller, and the controller is respectively connected with the flow meter, the regulating valve, the electromagnetic valve and a plurality of thermal resistors arranged on the coke discharging bin through signal lines.
Preferably, the nozzles of a plurality of low-moisture quenching spray nozzles in the shell of the sealed rotary low-moisture quenching and coke-discharging device are arranged towards the valve core.
Preferably, the valve core comprises a central shaft and a plurality of valve plates, the valve plates are respectively arranged along the circumferential direction of the shaft body of the central shaft, and the adjacent valve plates are connected through a connecting rod; the central shaft is connected with a driving shaft of the motor, and the motor drives a plurality of valve plates on the central shaft to rotate.

The invention relates to a low moisture coke quenching device for sealing and discharging coke in a low temperature pyrolysis process in an internal combustion vertical furnace by using low metamorphic coal, wherein a sealed rotary low moisture coke quenching device 6 is arranged below a coke discharging bin 3, temperature measuring points are arranged above and below the coke quenching device, and the coke quenching water spraying amount is controlled by an electromagnetic valve 15 in an interlocking manner according to the temperature of semi coke. The semi-quenching rotary valve sprays the quenching water to semi-quenching blue carbon in the rotary valve rotating process, so that the semi-quenching rotary valve is beneficial to fully absorbing moisture and reducing the temperature of the semi-quenching rotary valve, is also beneficial to uniformly absorbing moisture of the semi-quenching rotary valve, ensures that the temperature of the semi-quenching rotary valve is reduced to be below 80 ℃, controls the quenching moisture to be below 12 percent, and ensures that the quenching semi-quenching rotary valve is uniform without carrying red heart semi-quenching blue carbon; the invention adopts sealed rotary coke discharging to ensure the sealing performance of the system in the coke discharging process; the invention ensures that the moisture and the temperature of the semi-coke are in a reasonable range, namely the moisture is lower than 12 percent and the temperature is lower than 80 ℃, and ensures that a conveying and stacking system is operated safely and stably and does not generate dust and other environmental protection problems. The invention not only recovers the heat of the high-temperature semi-coke, but also improves the quality of the semi-coke.
The low-moisture coke quenching spray nozzle 7 can be used for introducing water for quenching coke, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, raw coke oven gas produced by a carbonization furnace and the like.

The invention not only recovers the heat of the high-temperature semi coke, but also improves the water absorption and cooling effects of the semi coke. The invention has the advantages of energy conservation, emission reduction, sealing and environmental protection in the coke quenching process, improves the coke quenching effect and the semi coke quality, and prevents the stacking spontaneous combustion disaster caused by poor coke quenching and dust emission caused by over-low moisture.
