The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the hydroxyl acrylic resin is selected from hydroxyl acrylic resins having a hydroxyl number of 30 to 70; and, the hydroxy acrylic resin is selected from at least one of AC1151B resin, KN5115P resin and FS2050 resin.

6. The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dispersant is selected from modified polyurethane high polymer dispersants; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the matting powder is selected from silicon dioxide matting powder.

7. The scratch resistant polyurethane matte coating according to claim 2, wherein the defoamer is selected from at least one of a non-silicon based polymer defoamer, a silicone defoamer; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the anti-settling agent is selected from polyamide wax; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the leveling agent is selected from polyether modified organic silicon leveling agents; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the drier is selected from dibutyltin dilaurate.

8. The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fineness of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is less than or equal to 30 micrometers.

9. A method for preparing the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method for preparing the first component comprises the following steps:

the scratch resistant polyurethane matte coating of any one of claims 1-8 providing a raw material of a first component;

carrying out first mixing treatment on saturated polyester resin, hydroxy acrylic resin, a dispersing agent and a part of solvent to obtain a first mixed material;

carrying out second mixing treatment on the first mixed material and an auxiliary agent to obtain a second mixed material;

and carrying out third mixing treatment on the second mixed material and the matting powder to obtain the first component.

10. The method for preparing the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating according to claim 9,

the conditions of the first mixing treatment are as follows: controlling the temperature to be 20-45 ℃, the mixing speed to be 700-800 rpm, and the mixing time to be 5-10 min; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the conditions of the second mixing treatment are as follows: controlling the temperature to be 20-45 ℃, the mixing speed to be 800-1000 rpm, and the mixing time to be 10-15 min; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the third mixing treatment process comprises the following steps: the temperature is controlled to be 20-55 ℃, the mixing speed is 1000-1500 rpm, and the mixing time is 20-35 min.

Background

With the development of coating technology and the pursuit of consumers on the natural aesthetic feeling and performance of the coating film on the surface of furniture, the matte coating, especially the super-matte coating, is very popular with consumers. In the coating of high-grade solid wood furniture, the natural effect of wood can be more prominent when the matte coating, especially the super-matte coating is coated, the thick paint film feeling is not generated, and the required paint film performance is achieved. However, in the matte paint, especially in the super matte paint, the flatting powder floats on the surface of a paint film and can generate a bright mark after being scratched by a hard object, which seriously influences the beautiful appearance of the paint film.

Disclosure of Invention

The application aims to provide a scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that bright marks are generated after hard objects for the matte coating are scratched in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose of the application, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows:

in a first aspect, the application provides an anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating, which comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the second component comprises the following components in parts by weight:

35-45 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent;

55-65 parts of butyl acetate;

wherein the mass ratio of the first component to the second component is 10: (4-6).

In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of a scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, wherein the preparation method of the first component comprises the following steps:

providing raw materials of a first component according to the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating;

carrying out first mixing treatment on saturated polyester resin, hydroxy acrylic resin, a dispersing agent and a part of solvent to obtain a first mixed material;

carrying out second mixing treatment on the first mixed material and an auxiliary agent to obtain a second mixed material;

and carrying out third mixing treatment on the second mixed material and the matting powder to obtain the first component.

The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating provided by the first aspect of the application comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component is compounded by taking saturated polyester resin and hydroxy acrylic resin as main raw materials, so that the flexibility and elasticity of a paint film can be improved, the hardness and dryness of the paint film can be improved, meanwhile, the second component is matched with the second component for use, the second component takes hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent as the main raw material, the chain segment of the hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent is longer, the paint film formed by reaction with resin is soft, and the paint film can be rebounded and restored after being scratched; therefore, the obtained scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating has good flexibility, moderate hardness and good scratch-resistant effect.

The preparation method of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating provided by the second aspect of the application has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high efficiency; when the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating prepared by the method is used for spraying furniture, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating has the advantages of good flexibility, moderate hardness, good scratch-resistant effect and the like, and is wide in application range.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application more clearly apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

In this application, the term "and/or" describes an association relationship of associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a is present alone, A and B are present simultaneously, and B is present alone. Wherein A and B can be singular or plural. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.

The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating can be coated by uniformly stirring the first component and the second component before use and diluting the first component and the second component by using a proper amount of diluent, and is simple and convenient and high in applicability.

The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component is a main agent mixture, the second component is a curing agent mixture, the first component and the second component are separately configured when not used, and the first component and the second component are mixed when used, so that the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is obtained.

Wherein the mass ratio of the first component to the second component is 10: (4-6). The mass ratio of the first component to the second component is controlled, the crosslinking reaction effect of the first component and the second component is further improved, and the obtained scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is excellent in performance. In the specific embodiment of the application, in the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, the first component is selected from 100 parts, and the second component is selected from 40-60 parts.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises 30-50 parts of saturated polyester resin, the provided saturated polyester resin is soft saturated polyester resin containing hydroxyl, the saturated polyester resin and hydroxy acrylic resin are compounded for use, and can react at normal temperature under the action of a curing agent to form a paint film, so that the scratch resistance and the drying resistance of the film-formed paint film are improved. If the addition amount of the saturated polyester resin is more than 50 parts, the obtained paint film has slow drying rate, poor hardness and poor extinction property; if the amount of the saturated polyester resin added is less than 30 parts, the resulting paint film will have poor scratch resistance and will show bright spots.

In the specific implementation of the application, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises saturated polyester resin, and the addition parts of the saturated polyester resin are 30 parts, 32 parts, 34 parts, 36 parts, 38 parts, 40 parts, 42 parts, 44 parts, 46 parts, 48 parts and 50 parts.

In some embodiments, the soft saturated polyester resin containing hydroxyl groups is selected from at least one of PSR-886H from Shenzhen Qijia Shengda Polymer materials, Inc., PSR-91H from Shenzhen Qijia Shengda Polymer materials, Inc., REXIN DP430 from SAPICI, Italy.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises 25-45 parts of hydroxyl acrylic resin; the hydroxyl acrylic resin is selected from hydroxyl acrylic resin with a hydroxyl value of 30-70, the hydroxyl value of the hydroxyl acrylic resin is controlled to be low, the saturated polyester resin and the hydroxyl acrylic resin are ensured to be jointly used as a scratch-resistant polyurethane matt paint film base material, and after being mixed with a Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent according to a certain proportion, the hydroxyl acrylic resin and the saturated polyester resin can generate physical and chemical changes within a certain time, and then the hydroxyl acrylic resin is crosslinked, cured and formed into a film.

In the specific embodiment of the application, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises hydroxyl acrylic resin, and the addition parts of the hydroxyl acrylic resin are 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts, 40 parts and 45 parts.

In some embodiments, the hydroxyacrylic resin is selected from at least one of AC1151B resin from jogming and chemical ltd, mountain, KN5115P resin from korea resin ltd, taiwan cour modesty FS2050 resin.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises 4-8 parts of matting powder, and the matting powder is added, so that the surface gloss of the coating can be uniformly controlled, the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the coating are improved, and the permeability of a paint film is ensured. In some implementations, the matting powder is selected from silica matting powders.

In the specific embodiment of the application, the addition parts of the matting powder are selected from 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts and 8 parts. Within the range of the weight portion of the extinction powder provided by the embodiment of the invention, the comprehensive performance of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating sprayed on the surface of furniture can reach the optimum.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, and the dispersing agent is used for shortening the dispersion time of the matting powder in the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, reducing the viscosity of paint, avoiding the matting powder from blooming during construction and preventing the matting powder from flocculating and settling during storage and use. In some embodiments, the dispersant is selected from modified polyurethane polymer dispersants, and in particular embodiments, the dispersant is selected from at least one of EFKA4010 from EFKA corporation, netherlands, BD-8146 from fibell chemical ltd.

In some embodiments, the dispersant is added in a part selected from the group consisting of 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.8 parts, 0.9 parts, 1.0 parts. Within the range of the weight portion of the dispersant provided by the embodiment of the invention, the comprehensive performance of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating sprayed on the surface of furniture can reach the optimum.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises 10-20 parts of a solvent, and the solvent is used for reducing the viscosity of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, the volatilization gradient during construction, the leveling property of a paint film and the arrangement uniformity of matting powder. In some embodiments, the solvent may include one or more of butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.

In the specific examples of the present application, the added parts of the solvent are selected from 10 parts, 12 parts, 14 parts, 16 parts, 18 parts and 20 parts.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the solvent is selected from mixed organic solvents. When only a single solvent is selected, for example, butyl acetate is selected, and the leveling of a paint film is poor during large-area construction or high-temperature weather construction due to quick volatilization; propylene glycol methyl ether acetate with a higher boiling point is selected, and because the volatilization is slow, the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate easily falls on dust during large-area coating construction of the paint, so that the paint film effect and the extinction effect are influenced. In some embodiments, the solvent comprises, based on 100 parts by weight total of the scratch resistant polyurethane matte coating: 5-10 parts of butyl acetate and 5-10 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate. Wherein, the weight parts of the butyl acetate are preferably 5 parts, 7 parts and 10 parts; the propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate is preferably 5 parts, 7 parts or 10 parts by weight. The mixed solvent of butyl acetate and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate has strong dissolving power and moderate volatilization, and the paint film after spraying has good leveling property, good arrangement of the flatting powder and uniform and consistent luster. Specifically, butyl acetate may be butyl acetate in courtson chemical industry, and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate may be propylene glycol methyl ether acetate in Jiangsu Yida corporation.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises 1-3.5 parts of an auxiliary agent, and the stability of each property of the coating can be ensured by adding the auxiliary agent.

In some embodiments, the adjuvant comprises the following components in parts by weight:

in some embodiments, the defoamer acts to remove bubbles generated during the production of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, and can suppress bubbles generated during the construction of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, or eliminate foams generated. The defoaming agent is at least one of non-silicon polymer defoaming agent and organic silicon defoaming agent. In specific embodiments of the present application, the non-silicon based polymeric defoamer includes, but is not limited to, at least one of BYK-052 from BYK, Germany, HX-2300 from Washington, Inc.; the silicone defoamer includes but is not limited to at least one of BYK-066N from BYK of Germany and HX-2066 from Huaxia auxiliary company of Guangzhou.

In some embodiments, the defoamer is preferably 0.3 parts, 0.35 parts, 0.4 parts, 0.45 parts, 0.5 parts by weight. Within the mass part range of the defoaming agent provided by the embodiment of the invention, the defoaming effect of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating can be optimal when the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is sprayed on the surface of furniture.

In some embodiments, the anti-settling agent is used for making the anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating have thixotropy, so that the anti-sagging property of the coating can be greatly improved, and the excellent anti-settling effect can be achieved. The anti-settling agent may be selected in this example to be a polyamide wax with a solids content of 20%. In some embodiments, the anti-settling agent may be HX-8900 from Guangzhou Huaxia auxiliary company or 6900-HV from Japan Nanhima Kabushiki Kaisha. Within the mass range of the anti-settling agent provided by the embodiment of the invention, the anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating can be thinned, prevented from settling, prevented from sagging and leveled to be optimal during construction.

In some embodiments, the weight parts of the anti-settling agent are preferably 0.5 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.9 parts, 1.1 parts, 1.3 parts, 1.5 parts. In some embodiments, the leveling agent is preferably 0.3 parts, 0.4 parts, 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.8 parts, 0.9 parts, 1.0 parts by weight. Within the mass range of the leveling agent provided by the embodiment of the invention, the leveling effect, the board surface smoothness, the hand feeling and the extinction powder arrangement of the anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating can be optimal when the anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating is sprayed on the surface of furniture.

In some embodiments, the drier is used for providing the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating with the effects of promoting quick drying of a paint film, shortening the drying time of the paint film and obviously improving low-temperature drying property. In some embodiments, the drier is selected from dibutyltin dilaurate. Specifically, the drier can be selected from DBTDL-T12 product of American air chemistry.

In some embodiments, the weight parts of the drier are preferably 0.1 parts, 0.2 parts, 0.3 parts. Within the range of the mass parts of the drier provided by the embodiment of the invention, the drying time and the paint film effect of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte paint can be optimal during construction.

Further, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the second component comprises 35-45 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent and 55-65 parts of butyl acetate; the Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent is used as a main raw material of the second component and is compounded with the saturated polyester resin and the hydroxy acrylic resin in the first component, and the Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent is long in chain segment and is crosslinked with the main film-forming resin, so that the curing state of a paint film formed by the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is promoted, the paint film formed by reaction with the resin is ensured to be soft, and the paint film can be rebounded and recovered after being scratched; therefore, the obtained scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating has good flexibility, moderate hardness and good scratch-resistant effect.

In some embodiments, the Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent may be at least one of N3390 of Kostew, Germany, and HT-100 of Wanhua chemical company.

In some embodiments, the scratch resistant polyurethane matte coating has a fineness of 30 microns or less. The fineness of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is controlled to be fine, so that the coating is fine and smooth in the using process, and the formed paint film is smooth and fine and has excellent properties.

In the specific embodiment of the application, the fineness of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is 20-30 mu m. The larger the particle size fineness of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is, the poorer the hand feeling is, and the poorer the scratch-resistant effect is. The smaller the particle size, the poorer the matting effect, and the more matting powder paint film becomes transparent, increasing the cost.

In the present invention, it is understood that, in addition to the above-described preferred materials, the saturated polyester resin, the hydroxy acrylic resin, the dispersant, the matting agent, the anti-settling agent, the defoamer, the leveling agent and the solvent in the present embodiment may also be other materials in practical applications, as long as the performance of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating can achieve the consistent or better effect, and the present invention is not limited herein.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, the method comprises preparing a first component and a second component separately, storing the first component and the second component separately, and mixing the first component and the second component when in use.

The preparation method of the first component comprises the following steps:

s01, providing a raw material of a first component according to the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating;

s02, carrying out first mixing treatment on saturated polyester resin, hydroxy acrylic resin, a dispersing agent and a part of solvent to obtain a first mixed material;

s03, carrying out second mixing treatment on the first mixed material and the auxiliary agent to obtain a second mixed material;

and S04, carrying out third mixing treatment on the second mixed material and the matting powder to obtain a first component.

The preparation method of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating provided by the second aspect of the application has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high efficiency; when the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating prepared by the method is used for spraying furniture, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating has the advantages of good flexibility, moderate hardness, good scratch-resistant effect and the like, and is wide in application range.

In step S01, the types and the added parts of the raw materials of the first component of the provided scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating are the same as those discussed above, and will not be described herein again.

In step S02, a first mixing process is performed on a saturated polyester resin, a hydroxy acrylic resin, a dispersant, and a partial solvent to obtain a first mixture. In some embodiments, the conditions of the first mixing process are: the temperature is controlled to be 20-45 ℃, the mixing speed is 700-800 rpm, and the mixing time is 5-10 min.

In step S03, a second mixing process is performed on the first mixed material and the auxiliary agent to obtain a second mixed material. In some embodiments, the conditions of the second mixing process are: the temperature is controlled to be 20-45 ℃, the mixing speed is 800-1000 rpm, and the mixing time is 10-15 min.

In step S04, the second mixture and the matting powder are subjected to a third mixing process to obtain a first component. In some embodiments, the third mixing process is: the temperature is controlled to be 20-55 ℃, the mixing speed is 1000-1500 rpm, and the mixing time is 20-35 min.

Further, the preparation method of the second component of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is to uniformly stir the hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent and butyl acetate to obtain the second component.

Further, the first component and the second component are mixed according to a proportion, and then a diluent is properly added for stirring to obtain the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating. In the embodiment, after the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is prepared, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating can be subjected to plate spraying observation on furniture, and the corresponding paint film performance is detected.

Since the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating in the embodiment of the present invention may comprise a first component, a second component and a diluent, in order to make the above implementation details and operations of the present invention clearly understood by those skilled in the art, and the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating in the embodiment of the present invention, the preparation method thereof and the performance improvement of the furniture surface coating film are obviously embodied, for the sake of clarity, the following detailed description is made by using different embodiments corresponding to the first component and the second component as follows:

(1) First component 1 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

The scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises a first component 1 and a second component 1, wherein the components are shown in the following table 1 in parts by weight:

In Table 1, the saturated polyester resin is produced by Shenzhen Qijiashenda polymer materials GmbH, and has the model number of PSR-886H; the hydroxy acrylic resin is produced by Gaoming and same chemical company, and is AC 1151B; the dispersant is EFKA4010 dispersant produced by Holland EFKA company; the matting powder is OK-520 matting powder produced by Germany Evonik Degussa company; the anti-settling agent is HX-8900 polyamide wax anti-settling agent produced by Guangzhou China assistant company; the defoaming agent is BYK-066N organic silicon defoaming agent produced by Germany BYK company and HX-2300 non-silicon polymer defoaming agent produced by Guangzhou Huaxia auxiliary agent company, wherein BYK-066N is 0.2 part, and HX-2300 is 0.2 part; the leveling agent is BYK-310 organic silicon leveling agent produced by Germany BYK company; the drier is DBTDL-T12 organotin drier produced by American air chemistry company; butyl acetate is butyl acetate produced by Guangdong Cummin chemical company, and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate produced by Jiangsu Yida chemical company.

The preparation method of the first component 1 of the provided scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises the following steps:

s11, weighing the raw materials of the components according to the components and the weight parts thereof in the anti-scratch polyurethane matte paint in the table 1;

s12, stirring the saturated polyester resin, the hydroxyl acrylic resin, the dispersing agent and part of the solvent at the temperature of below 50 ℃ at the stirring speed of 800rpm for 5min until the materials are uniform;

s13, adding a defoaming agent, an anti-settling agent, a leveling agent and a drier, stirring at the temperature of below 50 ℃ at the speed of 800rpm for 10min until the materials are uniform;

s14, adding matting powder under stirring at a stirring speed of 700rpm, and stirring at a temperature of below 60 ℃ and a speed of 1200rpm for 30min until the particle size is less than or equal to 30 mu m to obtain the first component 1 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating.

The appearance of the first component 1 of the obtained scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is semitransparent yellowish viscous liquid, and the viscosity of the original coating is 90KU (30 ℃, stormer viscometer).

(2) First component 2 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

The content of the first component 2 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating in parts by weight is shown in table 2:

In Table 2, the saturated polyester resin was a resin produced by SAPICI, Italy, and the model was REXIN DP 430; the hydroxy acrylic resin is a resin produced by Karson resin Co., Ltd, with the model of KN 5452P; the dispersant is BD-8146 dispersant of Boehringer chemical Co., Ltd; the matting powder is ED-30 matting powder produced by American Geleis company; the anti-settling agent is 6900-HV polyamide wax anti-settling agent of Japan Nanmu Su chemical industry Co., Ltd; the defoaming agent is BYK-066N organic silicon defoaming agent produced by Germany BYK company and HX-2300 non-silicon polymer defoaming agent produced by Guangzhou Huaxia auxiliary agent company, wherein BYK-066N is 0.1 part, and HX-2300 is 0.3 part; the leveling agent is a TEGO-450 organic silicon leveling agent produced by Germany TEGO chemical company; the drier is DBTDL-T12 organotin drier produced by American air chemistry company; butyl acetate is butyl acetate produced by Guangdong Cummin chemical company, and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate produced by Jiangsu Yida chemical company.

The preparation method of the first component 2 of the provided scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating comprises the following steps:

s21, weighing the raw materials of the components according to the components and the weight parts thereof in the anti-scratch polyurethane matte paint in the table 2;

s22, stirring the saturated polyester resin, the hydroxyl acrylic resin, the dispersing agent and part of the solvent at the temperature of below 50 ℃ at the stirring speed of 800rpm for 5min until the materials are uniform;

s23, adding a defoaming agent, an anti-settling agent, a leveling agent and a drier, stirring at the temperature of below 50 ℃ at the speed of 800rpm for 10min until the materials are uniform;

s24, adding matting powder under stirring at a stirring speed of 700rpm, and stirring at a temperature of below 60 ℃ and a speed of 1200rpm for 30min until the particle size is less than or equal to 30 mu m to obtain the first component 2 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating.

The appearance of the first component 2 of the obtained scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating is semitransparent yellowish viscous liquid, and the viscosity of the original coating is 90KU (30 ℃, stormer viscometer).

(3) First component 3 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

The content of the first component 3 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating in parts by weight is shown in table 3:

In Table 3, the defoaming agent used is HX-2066 organosilicon defoaming agent produced by Guangzhou Huaxia auxiliary agent company, BYK-052 non-silicon polymer defoaming agent produced by Germany BYK company, wherein HX-2066 accounts for 0.2 part, and BYK-052 accounts for 0.2 part; the rest places and the preparation process thereof are the same as the first component 1 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, and the details are not repeated here.

(4) First component 4 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

The content of the first component 4 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating in parts by weight is shown in Table 4:

In the table 4, the defoaming agent is BYK-066N organic silicon defoaming agent produced by BYK of Germany and BYK-052 non-silicon polymer defoaming agent produced by BYK of Germany, wherein BYK-066N is 0.2 part and BYK-052 is 0.1 part; the rest places and the preparation process thereof are the same as the first component 1 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, and the details are not repeated here.

(5) First component 5 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

The content of the first component 5 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating in parts by weight is shown in Table 5:

In Table 5, the defoaming agent is HX-2066 silicone defoaming agent produced by Guangzhou Huaxia auxiliary agent company, HX-2300 non-silicone polymer defoaming agent produced by Guangzhou Huaxia auxiliary agent company, wherein HX-2066 is 0.3 part, and HX-2300 is 0.2 part; the rest places and the preparation process thereof are the same as the first component 1 of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating, and the details are not repeated here.

Second component of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

(1) Second component 1 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

Preparing materials: 45 parts of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent and 55 parts of butyl acetate.

Wherein, the Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent can be N3390 product produced by Germany Corseus corporation; butyl acetate is selected from butyl acetate produced by cantonet chemical company in Guangdong.

(2) Second component 2 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

Preparing materials: 40 parts of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent and 60 parts of butyl acetate.

Wherein the Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent is HT-100 produced by Vanhua chemical company; butyl acetate is selected from butyl acetate produced by cantonet chemical company in Guangdong.

(3) Second component 3 of anti-scratch polyurethane matte coating and preparation method thereof

Preparing materials: 35 parts of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent and 65 parts of butyl acetate.

Wherein the Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) trimer curing agent is HT-100 produced by Vanhua chemical company; butyl acetate is selected from butyl acetate produced by cantonet chemical company in Guangdong.

According to the preparation method provided by the above formula proportion, the first component 1, the first component 2, the first component 3, the first component 4, the first component 5, the second component 1, the second component 2 and the second component 3 can be respectively obtained, and then different first components and second components can be mixed to obtain different scratch-resistant polyurethane matt coatings, specifically, the following components are obtained:

And (3) performance testing:

the scratch-resistant polyurethane matt coatings obtained in examples 1 to 15 can be applied by adding a proper amount of diluent to adjust the viscosity, applying the coatings by a spraying method, and measuring the surface drying time, the actual drying time, the hardness, the adhesion and other properties of the paint film.

And (4) analyzing results:

the scratch-resistant polyurethane matt coatings obtained in the embodiments 1 to 15 are applied by a spraying method, the properties of the scratch-resistant polyurethane matt coatings are measured, and the measurement results are shown in table 6, wherein after the scratch-resistant polyurethane matt coatings are applied by spraying, the surface drying time of a paint film is less than or equal to 60 minutes; the actual drying time is less than or equal to 24 hours; hardness 1H; the adhesive force is 1 grade. In contrast, the drying property at normal temperature of the paint film is improved by using the hydroxy acrylic resin, the more saturated polyester resin, the slower the drying, the better the elasticity of the paint film, the better the scratch resistance, but the lower the hardness; the more the hydroxyl acrylic resin, the faster the drying, the less elastic the paint film, the less scratch resistant, but the better the hardness.

In conclusion, the scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating provided by the application comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component is prepared by compounding saturated polyester resin and hydroxy acrylic resin serving as main raw materials, so that the flexibility and elasticity of a paint film can be improved, the hardness and dryness of the paint film can be improved, and the second component is prepared by using a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent serving as a main raw material, has a longer chain segment, is soft when reacting with resin to form the paint film, and can be recovered after being scratched; therefore, the obtained scratch-resistant polyurethane matte coating has good flexibility, moderate hardness and good scratch-resistant effect.

The present invention is not intended to be limited to the particular embodiments shown and described, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features herein disclosed.
