1. A method for preparing a heat-insulation type special nylon liquid-solid is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, nylon pretreatment, namely cleaning nylon by adopting a cleaning agent, and spraying an adhesion promoter on the surface of nylon cloth;
s2, spraying atomized liquid, namely spraying the atomized liquid containing the heat-insulating material on the pretreated nylon in an atomized manner;
and S3, drying the coating into a film in a thermal drying mode.
2. The liquid-solid preparation method of the heat insulation type special nylon according to claim 1, wherein the adhesion promoter is absolute ethyl alcohol containing a silane coupling agent or an isopropanol solution containing the silane coupling agent.

The liquid-solid preparation method of the heat-insulating special nylon according to claim 1, wherein the spray atomized liquid comprises the following formula: 18-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 3-4 parts of flaky ultrafine titanium dioxide, 5-6 parts of floating beads, 10-12 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 10-12 parts of flaky aerogel powder, 5.5-6 parts of film-forming assistant, 1-1.5 parts of pH regulator and 1-1.2 parts of wetting dispersant.
4. The method for preparing the heat-insulating special nylon liquid-solid according to claim 3, wherein the spraying atomized liquid is in a dynamic stirring state during use.
5. The method for preparing the heat-insulating special nylon liquid-solid according to claim 3, wherein the pH regulator is sodium bicarbonate or disodium hydrogen phosphate.
6. The liquid-solid preparation method of the heat-insulating special nylon according to claim 3, wherein the wetting dispersant is prepared by compounding a wetting agent and a dispersant in a ratio of 2-2.5: 1.
7. The method for preparing the heat-insulating special nylon liquid-solid according to claim 3, wherein the film-forming assistant is a low-odor alcohol ester film-forming assistant.
8. The method for preparing the heat-insulating special nylon liquid-solid according to claim 1, wherein the heat drying mode is an infrared heating mode.

For the purpose of enhancing understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples, which are provided for illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1 preparation of adhesion promoter
Dissolving a silane coupling agent KH550 in an absolute ethanol solvent, wherein the concentration is 5%.
Example 2 preparation of spray atomized liquid
The formula comprises the following components: 20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of flaky ultrafine titanium dioxide, 5 parts of floating beads, 12 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 12 parts of flaky aerogel powder, 6 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of pH regulator and 1 part of wetting dispersant, and the components are mixed and stirred for 30 minutes. The wetting agent is a gelatin wetting agent 388, the dispersing agent is a Gaotai dispersing agent P30, the pH regulator is sodium bicarbonate, and the film-forming assistant is ethylene glycol. All the materials mentioned above are commercially available.
Example 3
The preparation method of the heat-insulation type special nylon liquid-solid comprises the following steps:
s1, nylon pretreatment, namely cleaning nylon by adopting a cleaning agent, and spraying an adhesion promoter on the surface of nylon cloth; the cleaning agent is a cleaning solution containing a surfactant.
S2, spraying atomized liquid, namely spraying the atomized liquid containing the heat-insulating material on the pretreated nylon in an atomized manner; the spraying atomized liquid is in a dynamic stirring state when in use. In order to uniformly spray the atomized liquid on the nylon surface, the atomized liquid is uniformly mixed. And (3) uniformly spraying the spraying atomized liquid on the nylon material by adopting an atomizing device with a stirring function.
And S3, irradiating the coating by infrared light to dry the coating into a film. The atomized liquid is accelerated to dry and solidify by using the heating radiation function of infrared light, and the film is formed on the surface of nylon in an accelerated manner.
Example 4
The difference from example 3 is that the coating was dried with hot air to accelerate drying and curing of the atomized liquid, and the coating was formed on the nylon surface.
The special nylon and the common nylon obtained by the invention are subjected to various performance tests by adopting a test method of national standard GB/T35762-2017, and the test results are as follows:
