1-3, acquiring measurement values of the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor based on the control element;
1-4, judging whether the fan foundation needs to be maintained by spraying water or not based on the measured value and a preset parameter threshold value;
1-5, if the fan foundation needs to be maintained by spraying water and the water storage amount in the water storage system is sufficient, sending a first control instruction to the control element, adjusting the water pump to an open state, and performing automatic spraying maintenance;
1-6, in the automatic spraying maintenance process, if the water storage amount in the water storage system is insufficient, repeatedly executing the step 1-2, and prompting water supplement;
and 1-7, repeatedly executing the steps 1-3 to 1-4 in the automatic spraying maintenance process, and if the fan foundation does not need to be subjected to water spraying maintenance any more, sending a second control instruction to the control element, and adjusting the water pump to a closed state.
Background
Wind power is clean energy, wind power generation is rapidly developed in recent years, a fan foundation is formed by pouring reinforced concrete, and the construction quality of the fan foundation is of great importance to the safety of a fan. After the concrete of the fan foundation is tamped, proper humidity and temperature are required to be maintained for maintenance, the process is about 7 days, if the maintenance is improper, the hydration reaction of the cement is insufficient, the strength of the cement after condensation is reduced, cracks are increased, and the influence on the quality of the fan foundation is large. The surface of the fan foundation is a slope, so that water is easy to lose, particularly in 4-9 months, the environmental temperature is high, the water loss is quicker, and frequent watering and maintenance are needed.
At present, construction units mainly adopt watering vehicles to manually water, people can only judge watering time intervals according to experience, but water evaporation is greatly influenced by the environment, and errors often exist in manual judgment of watering time points. At present, construction units mostly adopt labor work, the labor amount configured by a single person is very large for controlling cost, manual watering in hot summer is very heavy work, and the maintenance quality is difficult to guarantee. For the problem that concrete curing is difficult, some concrete special curing devices appear at present, but the devices have some defects and cannot meet the requirement of concrete curing of a fan foundation, for example, a patent with an authorization publication number of CN212800185U discloses an automatic spraying device for floor concrete curing, the device can be used in places where water and electricity are communicated, and the device is not suitable for the fan foundation where water and electricity are not communicated; patent with publication number CN213062964U discloses a floor type concrete timed automatic spraying maintenance system, which has fixed water spraying time intervals, but the environmental temperature changes at any time, and the time point of watering is uncertain. Therefore, the existing automatic maintenance device only realizes the purpose of replacing manual water spraying with machinery, but does not really realize the purpose of automatic water spraying maintenance according to the requirement.

Continuing to refer to fig. 7, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor in the automatic maintenance device for fan foundation concrete of the present application are shown, wherein the temperature sensor 31 and the humidity sensor 32 are disposed on a sidewall of the fan foundation 5, connected to the storage battery 21 through a second circuit, and connected to the control element 33 through a third circuit, for obtaining a temperature and humidity value of the fan foundation 5 in real time.
It should be noted that the integration of the water pump, the storage battery, the control element, the solar panel support bar and the solar panel into a trolley with rollers at the bottom in the embodiments and the drawings of the present application only means that at least these structural elements are integrated together, and is not limited to further including other device elements.
According to the automatic concrete curing device for the fan foundation, the temperature value and the humidity value of the fan foundation are acquired in real time through the control element, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, and real-time monitoring is carried out;
the control element controls the water pump to be opened and closed, so that automatic spraying maintenance is realized;
the water storage capacity in the water storage system is monitored in real time through the water level remote alarm component, so that the sufficient water storage capacity is ensured;
the upper and lower supporting frames are circular rings and can be divided into a plurality of arc sections, the box body is made of soft plastics and can be compressed and folded when not used, so that the volume is reduced, the transportation is convenient, and the storage of the water tank is convenient;
the mounting holes arranged on the upper and lower supporting frames are conical holes with large outside and small inside, two ends of the box body supporting rod are cone ends matched with the conical holes, and the mounting is carried out in a cone structure mode, so that the mounting is firmer;
the storage battery can acquire the electric energy of the solar cell panel, and can also use the charger to charge the storage battery, so that the situation that the storage battery cannot supply power under the condition of insufficient illumination is avoided.
With continued reference to fig. 8, an execution flowchart of the automatic maintenance method for wind turbine foundation concrete according to the present application is shown, and includes the following steps:
1-1, judging whether the water storage capacity in the water storage system is sufficient or not based on the water level remote alarm component and a heartbeat reporting mechanism;
1-2, if the water storage amount in the water storage system is insufficient, performing remote alarm and sending a water supplementing instruction;
1-3, acquiring measurement values of the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor based on the control element;
1-4, judging whether the fan foundation needs to be maintained by spraying water or not based on the measured value and a preset threshold value;
1-5, if the fan foundation needs to be maintained by spraying water and the water storage amount in the water storage system is sufficient, sending a first control instruction to the control element, adjusting the water pump to an open state, and performing automatic spraying maintenance;
1-6, in the automatic spraying maintenance process, if the water storage amount in the water storage system is insufficient, repeatedly executing the step 1-2, and prompting water supplement;
and 1-7, repeatedly executing the steps 1-3 to 1-4 in the automatic spraying maintenance process, and if the fan foundation does not need to be subjected to water spraying maintenance any more, sending a second control instruction to the control element, and adjusting the water pump to a closed state.
In addition, before the first control instruction or/and the second control instruction is sent to the control element, the state of the water pump is judged, and if the state of the water pump does not need to be changed, the steps 1-3 to 1-4 are repeatedly executed.
With continued reference to fig. 9, an execution logic diagram of the automatic maintenance method for wind turbine foundation concrete according to the present application is shown, and includes: starting an automatic spraying maintenance program, and judging whether the water storage capacity in the water storage system is sufficient or not based on the water level remote alarm component and the heartbeat reporting mechanism; if the water storage amount in the water storage system is insufficient, remote alarming is carried out, a water supplementing instruction is sent, and water supplementing is carried out; acquiring measurement values of the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor based on the control element; judging whether the fan foundation needs to be maintained by spraying water or not based on the measured value and a preset parameter threshold value; if the fan foundation needs to be maintained by spraying water and the water storage amount in the water storage system is sufficient, judging the state of the water pump, and if the water pump is in a closed state at the moment, sending a first control instruction to the control element, adjusting the water pump to an open state, and performing automatic spraying maintenance; in the automatic spraying maintenance process, if the water storage amount in the water storage system is insufficient, water supplementing prompt is carried out; in the automatic spraying maintenance process, the temperature and humidity value is repeatedly obtained, whether spraying maintenance is needed is judged, if the fan foundation does not need spraying maintenance any more, a second control instruction is sent to the control element, the water pump is adjusted to be in a closed state, and the automatic spraying maintenance is completed.
In the application, through monitoring the water storage capacity in the water storage system, timely water replenishing can be achieved, secondly, whether the fan foundation needs to be sprayed or not is monitored in real time through a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, if the fan foundation needs to be sprayed, the water pump is started through a control element to be sprayed, if the fan foundation does not need to be sprayed or is sprayed, the water pump is closed, automatic spraying maintenance is achieved, after the automatic spraying maintenance is completed, a monitoring program is always in an opening state, the fan foundation is guaranteed to be always in a temperature and humidity monitoring state, long-term maintenance of the fan foundation is facilitated, the service life of the fan foundation is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the solar cell panel is used for carrying out power storage discharge and is also suitable for a complicated fan erection environment.
