In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a grade A fireproof biomass board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750-900 parts of biomass main material, 20-50 parts of metal hydroxide, 20-50 parts of non-metal oxide, 10-25 parts of organic acid, 10-25 parts of phosphate, 10-25 parts of sulfate, 10-25 parts of aminosilane and 25-50 parts of diisocyanate.
Further, the biomass main material is fast-growing poplar granules and/or straw granules.
Further, the diameter of the fast-growing poplar grains or straw grains is 5-20 MM.
Further, the A-grade fireproof biomass board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750 parts of biomass main material, 50 parts of metal hydroxide, 50 parts of non-metal oxide, 25 parts of organic acid, 25 parts of phosphate, 25 parts of sulfate, 25 parts of amino silane and 50 parts of diisocyanate.
Further, the A-grade fireproof biomass board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 900 parts of biomass main material, 20 parts of metal hydroxide, 20 parts of non-metal oxide, 10 parts of organic acid, 10 parts of phosphate, 10 parts of sulfate, 10 parts of amino silane and 25 parts of diisocyanate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the fire resistance reaches A level, and the product has the characteristics of water resistance, no adhesive is used in the production process, and the product is free of formaldehyde
2. The upper surface layer is solid wood: adopting natural wood, non-wood grain paper or color film;
3. the appearance and the foot feeling of the solid wood floor are achieved, and the problem that three-layer or multi-layer solid wood composite floor is high in tax rate can be avoided by the solid wood composite floor with the two-layer structure.
