A novel mortar and concrete waterproofing agent according to claim 1, wherein the concrete waterproofing agent comprises 2 parts of sulfuric acid slag, 0.4 part of scrap iron, 4 parts of water reducing agent, 1.8 parts of air entraining agent, 55 parts of water and 2.5 parts of hydrochloric acid.

4. The novel mortar and concrete waterproofing agent according to claim 1, wherein the hydrochloric acid specific gravity is 1.19.

5. The preparation method of the novel mortar and concrete waterproof agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) drying the ferric sulfate slag until the water content is less than 2%, and removing oil stains;

2) pouring the iron chips and the hydrochloric acid into hydrochloric acid, and stirring once every 30-40min for 3-4 hours continuously until the specific gravity of the clarified liquid is not less than 400 g/L, the content of ferric chloride and ferric trichloride is not less than 400 g/L, and the ratio of the ferric chloride to the ferric trichloride is 1: 1-1.3;

3) 10% of industrial aluminum sulfate is added into the prepared liquid.

Background

The mortar concrete water-proofing agent is a chemical additive, and is added into mortar concrete, when the concrete is coagulated and hardened, it can be expanded along with its volume, and can be used for compensating shrinkage and tensioning reinforcing bar to produce prestress and fully filling cement gap. However, the currently marketed mortar concrete waterproofing agent has a problem of poor effect in the actual use process.
