The elevator car damping device of claim 1, further comprising a bottom damping mechanism disposed at a bottom of the elevator car, the bottom damping mechanism comprising a first sliding bar connected to the elevator car, a second sliding bar parallel to the bottom of the elevator car and the first sliding bar, a compression member mounted between the first sliding bar and the second sliding bar, the compression member comprising a first compression bar, a second compression bar cross-pivotally connected to the first compression bar, and a mounting plate parallel to the elevator car, wherein two ends of the first compression bar and the second compression bar are slidably connected to the first sliding bar and the second sliding bar, respectively; the second sliding rod is mounted on the mounting plate, the telescopic guide assembly comprises a second telescopic guide column and a third telescopic guide column, two ends of the second telescopic guide column are respectively connected with the elevator car and the mounting plate, two ends of the third telescopic guide column are respectively connected with the elevator car and the mounting plate, the spring assembly comprises a second spring part, a third spring part, a fourth spring part and a fifth spring part, one end of the second spring part is connected with the first end of the first sliding rod, the other end of the second spring part is connected with the first end of the first compression rod, one end of the third spring part is connected with the second end of the first sliding rod, the other end of the third spring part is connected with the first end of the second compression rod, one end of the fourth spring part is connected with the first end of the second sliding rod, the other end of the fourth spring part is connected with the second end of the second compression rod, and one end of the fifth spring part is connected with the second end of the second sliding rod, the other end is connected to the second end of the first compression bar.

When the elevator car 20 does not travel to the position where the hoistway 10 is open, the pushing member 321 does not act; when elevator car 20 moves to the position of elevartor shaft 10 opening, promotion part 321 acts, promotes the protruding arc 322 that forms of spring steel member 320, and arc 322 corresponds and stretches into in the arc 313, supports the tank bottom of arc 313, and under the elastic force effect of first spring part 312, reduce elevator car 20's vibrations this moment, elevator car 20 can stop steadily, improves elevator car's interior passenger's travelling comfort.
The buffer block 310 may be made of metal or plastic, and the purpose thereof can be achieved. Preferably of plastics material.
The first telescopic guide column comprises a first guide cylinder connected with the side wall of the elevator shaft 10 and a first guide column connected with the buffer block 310 in the first guide cylinder; alternatively, the first telescopic guide pillar includes a first guide cylinder connected to the buffer block 310 and a first guide pillar connected to a sidewall of the elevator shaft 10 and extending into the first guide cylinder. The first guide post extends into the first guide cylinder for movement so that the first spring member 312 can compress or extend.
The pushing member 321 is a cylinder, and a portion of the spring steel member 320 connected to the pushing member 321 is disposed opposite to a portion of the spring steel member 320 connected to the outer sidewall of the elevator car 20. So that the cylinder can push the spring steel member 320 more easily to form the arc portion 322.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, the car buffering member 32 further includes a sliding rail 323 installed on an outer side wall of the elevator car 20 and a sliding block 324 installed on the sliding rail 323 in a sliding manner, and the sliding block 324 is connected to the spring steel member 320, so that the elastic deformation process of the spring steel member 320 is more stable.
Specifically, the car buffering member 32 further includes a car mounting plate 325 to which the elevator car 20 is connected, the car mounting plate 325 being used to mount the first spring member 312, the pushing member 321, and the slide rail 323.
Specifically, the car buffering component 32 further includes a shaft mounting plate 314 coupled to the hoistway 10, the shaft mounting plate 314 being configured to mount the first telescoping guide post and the first spring member 312.
The spring steel member 320 has a certain hardness but is capable of being protruded by a pushing force.
Referring to fig. 4, the damping device 100 further includes a bottom damping mechanism 40 disposed at the bottom of the elevator car 20, the bottom damping mechanism 40 includes a first sliding rod 41, a second sliding rod 42, a compression member 43, a retractable guide assembly 44 and a spring assembly 45, the first sliding rod 41 is connected to the elevator car 20, the second sliding rod 42 is parallel to the bottom of the elevator car 20 and the first sliding rod 41, so that a distance and a space are formed between the first sliding rod 41 and the second sliding rod 42; the compression part 43 is installed between the first sliding rod 41 and the second sliding rod 42, the compression part 43 comprises a first compression rod 430, a second compression rod 431 crosswise pivoted with the first compression rod 430, and a mounting plate 432 parallel to the elevator car 20, the second sliding rod 42 is installed on the mounting plate 432, two ends of the first compression rod 430 and the second compression rod 431 are respectively connected with the first sliding rod 41 and the second sliding rod 42 in a sliding way, and the first compression rod 430 and the second compression rod 431 can rotate relatively; the retractable guide assembly 44 includes a second retractable guide post 440 and a third retractable guide post 441, both ends of the second retractable guide post 440 are respectively connected to the elevator car 20 and the mounting plate 432, both ends of the third retractable guide post 441 are respectively connected to the elevator car 20 and the mounting plate 432, so that a mounting space 442 is formed between the first sliding bar 41, the second sliding bar 42, the second retractable guide post 440 and the third retractable guide post 441, and the compression member 43 is mounted in the mounting space 442; the spring assembly 45 includes a second spring member 450, a third spring member 451, a fourth spring member 452, and a fifth spring member 453, the first end of the first sliding rod 41 is connected to one end of the second spring member 450, the first end of the first compression rod 430 is connected to the other end, the second end of the first sliding rod 41 is connected to one end of the third spring member 451, the first end of the second compression rod 431 is connected to the other end, the first end of the second sliding rod 42 is connected to one end of the fourth spring member 452, the second end of the second compression rod 431 is connected to the other end, the second end of the second sliding rod 42 is connected to one end of the fifth spring member 453, and the second end of the first compression rod 430 is connected to the other end.
When the elevator car 20 falls to the bottom of the elevator hoistway 10, the lower part of the bottom damping mechanism 40 is impacted, the upper ends of the first compression rod 430 and the second compression rod 431 are pressed downwards, the ends of the first compression rod 430 and the second compression rod 431 move towards the two ends of the first sliding rod 41 and the second sliding rod 42, meanwhile, the second telescopic guide pillar 440 and the third telescopic guide pillar 441 retract, the second sliding rod 42 moves upwards, and the spring assembly is compressed, so that the bottom damping mechanism 40 is compressed, and the damping and buffering effects are realized on the elevator car 20; when the elevator car 20 ascends again, the first compression bar 430 and the second compression bar 431 are restored by the elastic force of the spring assembly 45.
The second telescopic guide post 440 and the third telescopic guide post 441 each include a second guide cylinder 443 and a second guide post 444 extending into the second guide cylinder 443. When the second guide post 444 moves along the second guide tube 443, the second telescopic guide post 440 and the third telescopic guide post 441 can be extended and contracted.
Further, the bottom damping mechanism 40 further includes a damping pad (not shown) connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 432, and the damping pad can support the second sliding rod 42 and also can damp vibration.
Specifically, the first sliding rod 41 and the second sliding rod 42 are respectively configured as sliding rails, and two ends of the first compression rod 430 and the second compression rod 431 are connected to the first sliding rod 41 and the second sliding rod 42 through sliding blocks.
The bottom suspension mechanism 40 described above is provided in two sets except for the mounting plate 432 so that its structure supporting the elevator car 20 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 5, the damping device 100 for an elevator car further includes a lower damping mechanism 50 disposed on an inner bottom surface of the elevator shaft 10, the lower damping mechanism 50 includes a damping box (not shown) and a damping member 52 installed in the damping box, the damping member 52 includes a damping plate 53, a first link 54, a second link 55, a third link 56, a sixth spring member 57, an elastic guide member 58 and a magnetic member 59, one end of each of the first link 54 and the second link 55 is connected to the damping plate 53, the other end of each of the first link 54 is installed with a first iron collar 540, the first iron collar 540 is slidably connected to the third link 56, the other end of each of the second link 55 is installed with a second iron collar 550, the second iron collar 550 is slidably connected to the third link 56, the sixth spring member 57 is sleeved on the third link 56 and is located between the first link 54 and the second link 55, the elastic guide member 58 includes a first elastic guide member 580 and a second elastic guide member 581, one end of the first elastic guide 580 is connected with one end of the buffer plate 53, the other end is connected with the bottom surface of the elevator shaft 10, one end of the second elastic guide 581 is connected with the other end of the buffer plate 53, the other end is connected with the bottom surface of the elevator shaft 10, the magnetic attraction component 59 comprises a first iron block 590, a second iron block 591 and an electrifying component electrically connected with the first iron block 590 and the second iron block 591, the first iron block 590 is installed on the third sliding rod 56 and corresponds to the position between the first iron sleeve ring 540 and the first elastic guide 580, the second iron block 591 is installed on the third sliding rod 56 and corresponds to the position between the second iron sleeve ring 550 and the second elastic guide 581, and the electrifying component can electrify the first iron block 590 and the second iron block 591.
When the elevator car 20 is pressed downwards, the buffer plate 53 is pressed downwards, at the moment, the first connecting rod 54 and the second connecting rod 55 move, the lower ends of the first connecting rod 54 and the second connecting rod 55 approach each other along the third sliding rod 56, the sixth spring part 57 is compressed, and the elastic force of the sixth spring part 57 correspondingly buffers the force of the first connecting rod 54 and the second connecting rod 55, so that the elevator car is damped and buffered; when the elevator car 20 descends fast, the first iron block 590 and the second iron block 591 are electrified to generate magnetism, and attraction force is generated on the first iron lantern ring 540 of the first connecting rod 54 and the second iron lantern ring 550 of the second connecting rod 55 for buffering, so that upward force is applied to the first connecting rod 54 and the second connecting rod 55, the first connecting rod 54 and the second connecting rod 55 are enabled to descend slowly, and buffering and shock absorption effects are enhanced.
The magnetic attraction member 59 may be replaced by a pulling member, for example, the pulling member includes a first pulling cylinder and a second pulling cylinder, the first pulling cylinder is installed on the third slide bar 56 corresponding to between the first iron collar 540 and the first elastic guide 580 and connected to the first iron collar 540, and the second iron block 591 is installed on the third slide bar 56 corresponding to between the second iron collar 550 and the second elastic guide 581 and connected to the second iron collar 550. Initially, the first pulling cylinder and the second pulling cylinder are both located in an extending state, and when the elevator car 20 descends fast, the first pulling cylinder and the second pulling cylinder return and retract, so that the first iron lantern ring 540 and the second iron lantern ring 550 are slowly pulled to move towards the two ends, the first connecting rod 54 and the second connecting rod 55 are slowly descended, and the buffering effect are enhanced.
Further, the lower damping mechanism 50 further includes a speed sensor installed in the elevator shaft 10 for sensing a descending speed of the elevator car 20 and transmitting speed data to the controller, and the controller controls the energizing unit to activate to energize the first iron block 590 and the second iron block 591.
The third sliding rod 56 and the buffer plate 53 have a gap with the inner wall of the damper box 51, so that they can move along the inner wall of the damper box 51.
Referring to fig. 6, each of the first elastic guide 580 and the second elastic guide 581 includes a third guide cylinder 582, a third guide column 583 extending into the third guide cylinder 582, and a seventh spring 584, the third guide cylinder 582 is connected to the elevator shaft 10, the third guide column 583 is connected to the buffer plate 53, the seventh spring 584 is sleeved on the third guide column 583, one end of the seventh spring is connected to the buffer plate 53, and the other end of the seventh spring 584 is connected to the third guide cylinder 582. When the third guide column 583 moves along the third guide cylinder 582, the first elastic guide 580 or the second elastic guide 581 may be extended and contracted.
Referring to fig. 5, further, the lower damping mechanism 50 further includes a lifting member 501 installed in the damping box 51, the lifting assembly 501 comprises a lifting cylinder 502 and a lifting plate 503 connected with the lifting cylinder 502, the lifting plate 503 is connected with the third sliding rod 56, the first elastic guide 580, the second elastic guide 581 and the bottom surface of the damping box, the speed sensor is used for sensing the descending speed of the elevator car 20, when the descending speed of the elevator car 20 is abnormal, the lifting cylinder 502 is started to push the lifting plate 503 and the third sliding rod 56 to move upwards, thereby pushing the buffer assembly 52 to rise and raise the buffer height, thereby damping and buffering the elevator car 20 in advance, and when the elevator car 20 continues to descend, the lifting cylinder 502 stops inflating, thereby naturally collapsing and cushioning assembly 52 descends, continuing to perform cushioning and shock absorption as elevator car 20 descends.
The lower damping mechanism 50 is provided with two sets except the buffer plate 53, the lifting plate 503 and the lifting cylinder 502, so that the whole structure is more stable.
Embodiments of the present invention will be further illustrated by the following examples.

The present embodiment provides an elevator car damping device including a side damping mechanism 30, a bottom damping mechanism 40, and a lower damping mechanism 50.

The embodiment provides a damping device for an elevator car, which comprises a side damping mechanism 30 and a bottom damping mechanism 40.
