Coil pipe device and coil pipe processing production line
1. A coil apparatus, comprising:
the water pipe clamping device comprises a rotary drum (1), wherein a fixing mechanism used for clamping the head of a water pipe is arranged on the rotary drum (1);
the rotating mechanism (2) is connected with the rotating drum (1) to drive the rotating drum (1) to rotate along the circumferential direction, so that a water pipe is wound on the outer wall of the rotating drum (1);
the lifting mechanism (3) is connected with the rotary drum (1) so as to drive the rotary drum (1) to move along the axial direction after the coil pipe is completed;
and a blocking part (4) which blocks the water pipe when the rotary drum (1) moves along the axial direction and applies acting force opposite to the moving direction of the rotary drum (1) to the water pipe so as to separate the water pipe from the rotary drum (1).
2. The coil pipe device according to claim 1, characterized in that the drum (1), the lifting mechanism (3) and the rotating mechanism (2) are connected in sequence from top to bottom in the vertical direction, the rotating mechanism (2) drives the drum (1) and the lifting mechanism (3) to rotate simultaneously, the lifting mechanism (3) drives the drum (1) to move in the vertical direction, and the water pipe is located on the blocking portion (4) after being separated from the drum (1).

The coil device according to claim 2, characterized in that a first support frame (5) is further provided, the blocking part (4) is provided at the upper end of the first support frame (5), a support plate (6) is provided at the lower end of the first support frame (5), and the rotating mechanism (2) is provided on the support plate (6).
4. The coil arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the blocking portion (4) is circumferentially arranged along the upper end of the first support frame (5), and the drum (1) is movably arranged inside the blocking portion (4) under the driving of the lifting mechanism (3).

The coil device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein a rotary table (7) is connected to a driving end of the rotating mechanism (2), the lifting mechanism (3) is arranged on the rotary table (7), a support leg (8) is further arranged between the supporting plate (6) and the rotary table (7), one end of the support leg (8) connected with the rotary table (7) is of a spherical structure, the rotating mechanism (2) drives the rotary table (7) to rotate, and the lower surface of the rotary table (7) slides relative to the spherical structure.

Coil device according to claim 5, characterized in that a track mechanism is provided, one end of which extends into the blocking part (4), the other end of which extends to a predetermined position for water pipe delivery, the delivery surface of the track mechanism and the blocking surface of the blocking part (4) are in the same plane, and the water pipe is located on the blocking part (4) and the track mechanism after being detached from the drum (1).

The coil device according to claim 6, characterized in that the track mechanism comprises a first track (9) which is arranged through the drum (1) along the horizontal direction, the first track (9) and the drum (1) rotate synchronously under the driving of the rotating mechanism (2), a channel (10) is vertically opened on the drum (1), and when the drum (1) moves vertically, the first track (9) moves relatively in the channel (10);
the track mechanism further comprises a second track (11), the second track (11) penetrates through the blocking portion (4) and extends outwards to a preset position for conveying the water pipe, and when the track mechanism conveys the water pipe, the first track (9) and the second track (11) are correspondingly connected.
8. Coil arrangement according to claim 7, characterized in that the first track (9) is provided on a second support (12), the lower end of the second support (12) being provided on the turntable (7).
9. Coil arrangement according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the fixing means comprise fixing posts (13) spaced from the outer wall of the drum (1), the head of the water pipe being adapted to be snapped between the outer wall of the drum (1) and the fixing posts (13).
10. A coil pipe processing line, comprising the coil pipe device of any one of claims 1 to 9, and further comprising a pair of pipe joint installation devices provided corresponding to the two heads of the water pipe on the coil pipe device, so as to respectively flare the two heads of the water pipe and install the pipe joints.
Background
The water pipe is usually wound into a disc shape after production is completed for storage and transportation. When the staff carries out artifical coil pipe, not only need consume a large amount of manpowers to, the elasticity degree of coil pipe can't keep unanimous, and the finished product quality of coil pipe is relatively poor. Therefore, it is often necessary to coil using a coil arrangement. The prior coil pipe device usually has a driver to rotate a cylindrical drum to wind the water pipe on the drum. However, when the coil is completed, the dish-like water tube is not easily removed from the drum.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the water pipe cannot be easily taken off from the rotary drum after the coil pipe of the existing coil pipe device is finished.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a coil device, including:
the rotary drum is provided with a fixing mechanism for clamping the head of the water pipe;
the rotating mechanism is connected with the rotating drum so as to drive the rotating drum to rotate along the circumferential direction, so that the water pipe is wound on the outer wall of the rotating drum;
the lifting mechanism is connected with the rotary drum so as to drive the rotary drum to move along the axial direction after the coil pipe is coiled;
and the blocking part blocks the water pipe when the rotary drum moves along the axial direction, and applies acting force opposite to the moving direction of the rotary drum to the water pipe so as to separate the water pipe from the rotary drum.
The rotating drum, the lifting mechanism and the rotating mechanism are sequentially connected from top to bottom along the vertical direction, the rotating mechanism drives the rotating drum and the lifting mechanism to rotate simultaneously, the lifting mechanism drives the rotating drum to move along the vertical direction, and the water pipe is located on the blocking portion after being separated from the rotating drum.

The blocking part is circumferentially arranged along the upper end of the first support frame, and the rotary drum is movably arranged in the blocking part in a penetrating manner under the driving of the lifting mechanism.
The driving end of the rotating mechanism is connected with a turntable, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the turntable, a support leg is further arranged between the supporting plate and the turntable, the support leg and one end, connected with the turntable, of the support leg are of a spherical structure, the rotating mechanism drives the turntable to rotate, and the lower surface of the turntable slides relative to the spherical structure.
The water pipe conveying device is characterized by further comprising a track mechanism, one end of the track mechanism extends into the blocking portion, the other end of the track mechanism extends to a preset position for conveying of a water pipe, a conveying surface of the track mechanism and a blocking surface of the blocking portion are located in the same plane, and when the water pipe is separated from the rotary drum, the water pipe is located on the blocking portion and the track mechanism.
The track mechanism comprises a first track which penetrates through the rotary drum along the horizontal direction, the first track and the rotary drum synchronously rotate under the driving of the rotating mechanism, a channel is vertically formed in the rotary drum, and when the rotary drum moves vertically, the first track relatively moves in the channel;
the track mechanism further comprises a second track, the second track penetrates through the blocking portion and extends outwards to a preset position for conveying the water pipe, and when the track mechanism conveys the water pipe, the first track and the second track are correspondingly connected.
The first rail is arranged on the second supporting frame, and the lower end of the second supporting frame is arranged on the turntable.
The fixing mechanism comprises fixing columns arranged at intervals with the outer wall of the rotary drum, and the head of the water pipe is suitable for being clamped between the outer wall of the rotary drum and the fixing columns.
The invention also provides a coil pipe processing production line which comprises the coil pipe device and a pair of pipe joint installation devices which are arranged corresponding to the two heads of the water pipe on the coil pipe device, so as to respectively expand the two heads of the water pipe and install the pipe joints.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the coil pipe device provided by the invention, the head part of the water pipe is fixed on the rotary drum through the fixing mechanism, the rotary drum is driven to rotate by the rotating mechanism, so that the water pipe is wound on the outer wall of the rotary drum to coil the pipe, after the coil pipe is finished, the rotary drum is driven to move by the lifting mechanism, and in the process that the rotary drum drives the water pipe to move, the force is applied to the water pipe through the blocking part, so that the water pipe is separated from the rotary drum, the problem that the water pipe after the coil pipe is finished is not easy to take down from the rotary drum is solved, and the coil pipe device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.
2. According to the coil device provided by the invention, the rotary drum, the lifting mechanism and the rotating mechanism are vertically arranged, the rotary drum can rotate and move up and down in a simple connection mode, the blocking part can be used as a force application part for the water pipe and a temporary placing part for the water pipe, the blocking part is diversified in function, and the coil device is more convenient to use.
3. According to the coil device provided by the invention, the blocking part and the supporting plate are arranged on the first supporting frame, and the rotating mechanism is arranged on the supporting plate, so that the blocking part, the rotating mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the rotating drum are integrally arranged, and the whole device is convenient to use and store.
4. According to the coil device provided by the invention, the blocking part is arranged in the circumferential direction, so that the blocking part can block and support the water pipe in the circumferential direction, and the stability of the water pipe on the blocking part is improved.
5. According to the coil device provided by the invention, the support legs are arranged between the supporting plate and the turntable, so that the support for the lifting mechanism and the rotating drum is enhanced, and the stability of the lifting mechanism and the rotating drum is improved; and, set up the upper end of stabilizer blade into spherical structure, reduced the carousel when rotating and the stabilizer blade between frictional force, the carousel rotates more level and smooth.
6. According to the coil device provided by the invention, the first rail is arranged in the rotary drum in a penetrating manner, and the channel is vertically arranged, so that the first rail can be supported at the position close to the middle part of the water pipe while the normal work of the rotary drum is not influenced, and the first rail can stably support and transport the water pipe.
8. According to the coil device provided by the invention, the first rail is arranged on the rotary table through the second support frame, so that the rotary table can be used for driving the first rail and the rotary drum to synchronously rotate, and the stability is good.
9. According to the coil pipe device provided by the invention, the head part of the water pipe is clamped between the fixing column and the outer wall of the rotary drum, so that the water pipe can be fixed, and the coil pipe device is simple and convenient to operate.
10. According to the coil pipe processing production line provided by the invention, the coil pipe is wound by the coil pipe device, the pipe joint mounting device is used for expanding the two heads of the water pipe and mounting the pipe joint, so that the coil pipe, the expanding opening and the pipe joint mounting procedures of the water pipe are integrated, the automation degree is higher, the production operation is convenient, the water pipe can be taken down from the coil pipe device by the coil pipe device after the water pipe coil pipe is processed, the problem that the water pipe after the coil pipe is finished is not easy to take down from a rotary drum is solved, and the coil pipe processing production line is simple in structure, convenient to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.

Example 1
One embodiment of a coil pipe apparatus as shown in fig. 1 to 5, for coiling aluminum-plastic pipes, comprises: the rotary drum comprises a rotary drum 1, a lifting mechanism 3 and a rotating mechanism 2 which are vertically and sequentially connected from top to bottom, and further comprises a first support frame 5, wherein a support plate 6 is arranged at the lower end of the first support frame 5, the rotating mechanism 2 is arranged on the support plate 6, a blocking part 4 is arranged at the upper end of the first support frame 5, and a fixing mechanism is arranged on the rotary drum 1. Fix the head of water pipe on rotary drum 1 through setting up fixed establishment, and utilize rotary mechanism 2 drive rotary drum 1 to rotate, so that the water pipe winding carries out the coil pipe on rotary drum 1's outer wall, after the coil pipe is accomplished, utilize elevating system 3 to drive rotary drum 1 and remove, at the in-process that rotary drum 1 drove the water pipe and remove, through 4 application of force in the water pipe of stop part, make the water pipe break away from rotary drum 1, and on stop part 4, the problem of the difficult follow rotary drum 1 of water pipe after the coil pipe is accomplished is taken off has been solved, and the steam generator is simple in structure, and convenient for operation, time saving and labor saving.
It should be noted that the coil pipe device provided by this embodiment is used for coiling the aluminum-plastic pipe, and because of the flexible characteristic of aluminum-plastic pipe itself, after the aluminum-plastic pipe coiled the form of a disk, the aluminum-plastic pipe coil pipe can keep in the coiled state, can not scatter.
Of course, the coil device provided by the embodiment can also be used for coiling other pipes with bendable characteristics.
Through arranging rotary drum 1, elevating system 3 and rotary mechanism 2 along vertical, utilize simple connected mode to realize rotary drum 1's rotary motion and reciprocate to, the application of force part to the water pipe both can be regarded as to stop 4, can regard as the part of placing temporarily of water pipe again, stop 4's function is more diversified, and coil pipe device's use is more convenient. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the blocking portion 4 is plate-shaped, and is disposed along the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the drum 1 and spaced from the outer wall of the drum 1, so that the drum 1 can be movably inserted into the blocking portion 4. Through setting up 4 circumferences of blocking part for blocking part 4 can block and support the water pipe along circumference, improves the stability that the water pipe is located blocking part 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a turntable 7 is disposed between the rotating mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3, and a driving end of the rotating mechanism 2 is connected to a center of the turntable 7 to drive the turntable 7 to rotate. A supporting leg 8 is arranged between the supporting plate 6 and the turntable 7, the upper end of the supporting leg 8 is of a spherical structure and is connected with the bottom surface of the turntable 7. When the turntable 7 rotates, the spherical structure of the supporting leg 8 slides relative to the bottom surface of the turntable 7. The support legs 8 are provided in plurality at intervals in the circumferential direction of the turntable 7.
The supporting legs 8 are arranged between the supporting plate 6 and the rotary table 7, and the supporting legs 8 are arranged in plurality, so that the supporting of the lifting mechanism 3 and the rotary drum 1 is enhanced, and the stability of the lifting mechanism 3 and the rotary drum 1 is improved; and, set up the upper end of stabilizer blade 8 into spherical structure, reduced the carousel 7 when rotating and the stabilizer blade 8 between frictional force, the carousel 7 rotates more smoothly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a track mechanism is further provided, which includes a first track 9 supported on the turntable 7 through a second support frame 12, and a second track 11 movably connected to the first track 9 and extending to a predetermined position for water pipe transmission. As shown in fig. 4, a channel 10 is vertically formed in the rotating cylinder 1, four channels 10 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotating cylinder 1 at intervals, two first tracks 9 are arranged and transversely penetrate through two adjacent channels 10, so that when the rotating cylinder 1 moves vertically, the first tracks 9 can move relatively in the channels 10, and the bottom of the rotating cylinder 1 is connected with each other through a third support frame 15. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the blocking portion 4 is provided with two openings 16 penetrating therethrough, and the second rail 11 is disposed in the opening 16 and extends outward. Under the drive of the rotating mechanism 2, the first track 9 and the rotary drum 1 rotate synchronously, and when the coil pipe is completed, the first track 9 and the second track 11 are correspondingly connected, so that after the water pipe is separated from the rotary drum 1, the water pipe is simultaneously placed on the blocking part 4 and the first track 9, and under the pushing of an operator (or other external force is applied to the water pipe), the water pipe slides along the first track 9 and the second track 11 and moves to a preset position.
The first track 9 is arranged in the rotary drum 1 in a penetrating manner, and the channel 10 is vertically arranged, so that the first track 9 can be supported at the position close to the middle part of the water pipe while the normal work of the rotary drum 1 is not influenced, and the water pipe is more stably supported and transported by the first track 9; and, through setting up second track 11 the water pipe of being convenient for transport to preset position department on by barrier portion 4, the removal of the water pipe of being convenient for, labour saving and time saving more.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing mechanism includes a fixing column 13 disposed on one side of the outer wall of the rotary drum 1, the fixing column 13 is disposed at an interval with the outer wall of the rotary drum 1, and the head of the water pipe is clamped between the fixing column 13 and the outer wall of the rotary drum 1. The fixing mode is simple and convenient to operate.
As shown in fig. 5, baffles 14 are provided around the first support frame 5 to provide a sheltering shield for the interior of the coil arrangement.
In this embodiment, the rotating mechanism 2 is a motor, and the lifting mechanism 3 is a pneumatic cylinder.
To sum up, the coil pipe device that this embodiment provided, fix the head of water pipe on rotary drum 1 through setting up fixed establishment, and utilize rotary mechanism 2 drive rotary drum 1 to rotate, so that the water pipe winding carries out the coil pipe on rotary drum 1's outer wall, after the coil pipe is accomplished, utilize elevating system 3 to drive rotary drum 1 and remove, at the in-process that rotary drum 1 drove the water pipe and remove, through 4 application of force in the water pipe of stop part, make the water pipe break away from rotary drum 1, the problem that the water pipe after the coil pipe was accomplished is difficult for taking off from rotary drum 1 has been solved, and simple structure, high durability and convenient operation, time saving and labor saving.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a specific implementation manner of a coil pipe processing production line, which includes the coil pipe device described above, and a pair of pipe joint installation devices correspondingly disposed with two heads of a water pipe wound on the coil pipe device, where the pipe joint installation devices include a pipe orifice flaring structure and a pipe joint installation structure.
The structure of flaring a nozzle as shown in fig. 8 and 9 comprises a driver 17, a slide block 18 and a flaring head 19, wherein the driving end of the driver 17 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the slide block 18, and the flaring head 19 is fixedly connected with the front end of the slide block 18. Under the drive of the driver 17, the slide block 18 drives the flaring head 19 to enter the end part of the pipe orifice to be flared, and the flaring head 19 is in a positioning state; the driving end of the driver 17 is kept still, after a certain time, the driver 17 drives the sliding block 18 again, and the sliding block 18 drives the flaring head 19 to enter the pipe orifice to be flared so as to flare the pipe orifice to be flared; when the flaring is completed, the driving end of the driver 17 drives the slide block 18 and the flaring head 19 to return to the original position.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the flaring head 19 is a double-layer pipe structure, the inner layer pipe 22 is in a frustum shape, the small end of the frustum shape is arranged close to the outside, the outer diameter of the small end is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe orifice to be flared, the outer diameter of the large end is the required inner diameter of the pipe orifice after flaring, and the inner diameter of the outer layer pipe 23 is the outer diameter of the pipe orifice after flaring. When the flaring head 19 is in a positioning state, the pipe orifice to be flared is positioned between the inner layer pipe body 22 and the outer layer pipe body 23 and is arranged at an interval with the inner layer pipe body 22 and the outer layer pipe body 23; when flaring is performed, the large head end enters the inside of the pipe orifice to flare the pipe orifice, and the outer wall of the pipe orifice is connected with the inner wall of the outer pipe body 23.
As shown in fig. 10, both the flare structure and the fitting mounting structure are disposed on the base plate 24, and the flare head 19 of the flare structure is disposed in parallel with the mounting head 26 of the fitting mounting structure. The bottom of the base plate 24 is provided with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the base plate 24 to reciprocate so as to drive the flaring head 19 or the mounting head 26 to correspond to the nozzle.
When the coil pipe processing production line of the embodiment is used for processing a water pipe, firstly, the head of the water pipe is clamped between the fixing column 13 and the outer wall of the rotary drum 1 so as to fix the first head of the water pipe, and flaring and pipe joint installation are carried out by utilizing a pipe joint installation device which is arranged corresponding to the first head; then, the rotating mechanism 2 is opened, the rotating mechanism 2 drives the rotary drum 1 to rotate so as to wind the water pipe on the outer wall of the rotary drum 1, after the coil pipe is completed, the rotating mechanism 2 is closed, the second head of the water pipe corresponds to another pipe joint mounting device, and the pipe joint mounting device is utilized to perform flaring and pipe joint mounting of the second head; and finally, starting the lifting mechanism 3, driving the rotary drum 1 to descend by the lifting mechanism 3, applying force to the water pipe by the blocking part 4, separating the water pipe from the rotary drum 1, and applying force to the water pipe to enable the water pipe to slide to a preset position along the first track 9 and the second track 11.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the drum 1, the rotating mechanism 2, and the lifting mechanism 3 are sequentially connected from top to bottom.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the first rail 9 is fixedly disposed between the outer wall of the drum 1 and the inner side of the blocking portion 4, and the first rail 9 and the second rail 11 are connected and extended to a predetermined position.
As an alternative embodiment, the lifting mechanism 3 may also be a hydraulic cylinder.
