The upper sides of the two supporting plates 31 are fixedly provided with material placing plates 18, one side of each of the two material placing plates 18 close to each other is provided with a material placing groove 16, the two material placing grooves 16 are respectively communicated with the two vertical grooves 5 on the left side, the right sides of the two material placing plates 18 are respectively provided with a square groove 10, the left walls of the two square grooves 10 are respectively provided with a device groove 13, the rear walls of the two device grooves 13 are movably penetrated by rotary rods 14, the two rotary rods 14 are movably sleeved with movable strips 33, the upper and lower ends of the two movable strips 33 are respectively and fixedly provided with exchange columns 15, the four exchange columns 15 are respectively and movably sleeved with exchange strips 17, the four exchange strips 17 are respectively and movably penetrated by the left walls of the two device grooves 13, the rear walls of the two device grooves 13 are respectively and movably penetrated by small columns 11, the two small columns 11 are respectively and fixedly sleeved with gears a9, the rear walls of the two device grooves 13 are respectively and movably penetrated by transmission rods 38, the two transmission rods 38 are respectively and fixedly penetrated by gears b39, the two gears b39 are respectively engaged with the two gears a9, the two gears a9 are respectively movably connected with the two square grooves 10, the rear driving rod 38 and the rear rotary rod 14, and the front driving rod 38 and the front rotary rod 14 are movably sleeved with the driving belt 12, the prepared movable column 19 is placed in the discharging groove 16 above the two uppermost exchange bars 17, when the reeled up rod 20 is taken out, the lifting bar 6 is moved upwards to drive the gear a9 to rotate anticlockwise, the gear b39 can be driven to rotate clockwise, the driving belt 12 can drive the rotary rod 14 to rotate clockwise, the upper exchange bar 17 can be driven to move rightwards, the lower exchange bar 17 can be moved leftwards, a new movable column 19 can fall onto the lower exchange bar 17, and when the lifting bar 6 is inserted again, the driving gear a9 can be driven to rotate clockwise, therefore, the gear b39 can be driven to rotate anticlockwise, so that the driving belt 12 can drive the rotary rod 14 to rotate anticlockwise, the upper exchange strip 17 can be driven to move leftwards to block the upper movable column 19, the lower exchange strip 17 moves rightwards to enable the movable column 19 on the lower exchange strip 17 to fall into the left vertical groove 5, and a new coiling rod 20 can be automatically placed after the lifting strip 6 is placed in a conveying manner, so that the working efficiency can be further improved.

Be provided with connecting plate 4 between two backup pads 31, both sides lean on one side fixed connection each other with two backup pads 31 respectively around connecting plate 4, the left side of connecting plate 4 is the arcwall face, connecting plate 4's downside fixed mounting has two support bars 29, be provided with diaphragm 21 between two support bars 29, both sides are close to one side fixed connection each other with two support bars 29 respectively around diaphragm 21, diaphragm 21's upside and 24 inboard laminating of movable belt, can prevent through diaphragm 21 that 24 atresss of movable belt from taking place to relax for a long time, just so can improve the life of device, can be through the arcwall face of connecting plate 4 simultaneously, can make plastic film along the arcwall face rebound of connecting plate 4 on being drawn into batch rod 20, thereby reduce staff's work load.

In use, the first step: the two rotating rods 22 are driven to rotate by the motor, so that the two rotating rollers 23 can be driven to rotate, the movable belt 24 can be driven to rotate, when a living plastic film is placed above the movable belt 24, the plastic film can be driven to move rightwards, when the plastic film is moved to the lower part of the right coiling rod 14, the plastic film is wound on the right coiling rod 14, the movable belt 24 can drive the two coiling rods to rotate through the plastic film, so that the produced plastic film can be coiled, after the right coiling rod 14 is coiled with the proper plastic film, the movable plate 26 is moved forwards from the rear part, so that the cutting knife 25 can be driven to move forwards from the rear part, so that the plastic film on the movable belt 24 can be cut, meanwhile, the cutting position of the plastic film can be continuously moved by the movable belt 24, and the movable plate can move to the arc-shaped surface of the movable plate 26 along the cutting knife 25, the device moves to the left coiling stick 20 along the arc surface of the moving plate 26 and is wound on the left coiling stick 20, so that uninterrupted discharging collection can be carried out, the movable belt 24 can continuously drive the right coiling stick 20 to rotate, the cut plastic film is coiled, the right coiling stick 20 is conveyed, the device is obliquely arranged to the right, the left coiling stick 20 can slowly move upwards while rotating along with the continuous coiling of the plastic film by the left coiling stick 20, so that the left movable column 19 can be driven to move upwards, after the left movable column 19 leaves the left semicircular groove 30, the device can move to the right along the connecting groove 28 due to gravity, so that the left coiling stick 20 can be added from top to bottom, and the device can be operated all the time when the coiling stick 20 is replaced, thereby improving the working efficiency of the working personnel.

The second step is that: through two lifting strips 6 of upward movement, can drive two semicircular strips 37 respectively and upwards remove to can batch the good movable column 19 of right and collude, just so can drive the rod 20 that batches on the right and upwards remove and take out, thereby convenience of customers uses.

The third step: the baffle strip 27 can be obliquely arranged at the right side of the device, as the left winding rod 20 continuously winds the plastic film, the left winding rod 20 can slowly move upwards while rotating, so that the left movable column 19 can be driven to move upwards, when the left movable column 19 leaves the left semi-circular groove 30, the left movable column can move rightwards along the connecting groove 28 due to gravity, and can be blocked when moving to the baffle strip 27, so that the collision with the right winding rod 20 can be prevented, when the two lifting strips 6 are moved upwards to take out the right winding rod 20, the triggering strip 8 can be unblocked, so that the resilience of the pressure spring 36 can drive the winding spring 8 to move upwards, so that the driving rope 3 can drive the baffle strip 27 to move upwards, and when the right winding rod 20 is taken out, the left winding rod 20 can move rightwards, when the right half-slot 30 is moved, the arc-shaped soft board 32 blocks the right half-slot, and when the lifting bar 6 is inserted again and moves downwards, the half-ring strip 37 is driven to extrude the arc-shaped soft board to move downwards, so that the winding rod 20 moves into the half-ring strip 37, and the winding rod 20 can be conveniently carried on the lower side.

The fourth step: by placing the prepared movable column 19 in the discharge chute 16 above the two uppermost exchange bars 17, when the reeled-up roll 20 is taken out, the lifting bar 6 is moved upwards to drive the gear a9 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the gear b39 can be driven to rotate clockwise, the driving belt 12 can drive the rotary roll 14 to rotate clockwise, so that the upper exchange bar 17 can be driven to move rightwards, the lower exchange bar 17 can be driven to move leftwards, so that a new movable column 19 falls into the lower exchange bar 17, when the lifting bar 6 is inserted again, the driving gear a9 can be driven to rotate clockwise, so that the gear b39 can be driven to rotate anticlockwise, so that the driving belt 12 can drive the rotary roll 14 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the upper exchange bar 17 can be driven to move leftwards to block the upper movable column 19 from moving rightwards, the lower exchange bar 17 enables the movable column 19 on the lower exchange bar 17 to fall into the vertical slot 5 on the left of the movable column 19 on the, thus, a new winding roller 20 can be automatically put in after the lifting strip 6 is carried and placed, and the working efficiency can be further improved.

The fifth step: can prevent through diaphragm 21 that the 24 atresss of moving belt from taking place to relax for a long time, just so can improve the life of device, simultaneously can be through the arcwall face of connecting plate 4, can make plastic film along the arcwall face rebound of connecting plate 4 on being drawn into batch rod 20 to reduce staff's work load.
