Background

The packaging cover is a common sealing structure in the prior bottle or box package, and the bottle body or the box body is sealed by the packaging cover, so that the object in the bottle body or the box body is prevented from spilling. The prior beverage packaging adopts bottles or paper boxes, and along with the improvement of environmental awareness of people, the paper boxes in the liquid beverage are more in packaging. In the carton package of liquid beverage, the liquid outlet of the carton is sealed with an aluminum foil, so that the beverage in the carton is prevented from spilling, and the sealing performance of the carton is improved. The box cover of the paper box is arranged on the box body by adopting a threaded connection structure. When the liquid pouring box is used, the box cover is unscrewed, and the aluminum foil at the liquid outlet of the paper box is cut by means of an external tool, so that the liquid in the paper box is poured out. The existing packaging cover only has the effect of sealing the liquid outlet, the aluminum foil also needs to be opened by means of an external tool, and the opening of the paper box is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatically opened packaging cover, which is convenient to open a paper box by cutting off an aluminum foil at a liquid outlet of a packaging box in a rotating way through a rotating cover body.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an automatic opening packaging cover, which comprises a bottom plate connected with a packaging box, wherein a cover body is arranged on the bottom plate, and a cover cap for sealing the cover body is arranged above the cover body; the cover body is rotationally connected with the cover cap; a first clamping groove for installing a connecting ring is formed in the side wall of the cover body, the connecting ring is rotatably connected with the cover body, and the connecting ring is connected with the cover cap through a flexible connecting part; a guide structure which has a guide effect on the rotation of the cap is arranged on the side wall of the cover body, the guide structure comprises a horizontal guide groove, a sliding block arranged on the inner surface of the side wall of the cap is positioned in the horizontal guide groove, one end of the horizontal guide groove is provided with a guide-out groove, and the guide-out groove is provided with an opening which enables the sliding block to slide out of the horizontal guide groove; the cover body is provided with a limiting structure which has a limiting effect on the rotation of the cap; the side wall of the cover body is also provided with an anti-counterfeiting structure; the inside of lid is provided with rotary-cut structure.

The automatically opened packaging cover has the advantages and positive effects that:

The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. Examples

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an automatically opening package closure of the present invention. As shown in the figures, the packaging cover capable of being automatically opened comprises a bottom plate 1 connected with a packaging box, wherein the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with the packaging box through gluing, so that the packaging cover is fixed at a liquid outlet of the packaging box. An aluminum foil is arranged at the liquid outlet of the packaging box for sealing. The bottom plate 1 is provided with a cover body 2, and the cover body 2 and the bottom plate 1 are of an integral structure. The bottom plate 1 is provided with a through hole communicated with the cover body 2, and the aperture of the through hole is equal to the inner diameter of the cover body 2. A cap 3 for closing the cover 2 is arranged above the cover 2, and the cover 2 is rotatably connected with the cap 3.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a cap structure of an embodiment of an automatic start package cover of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a front view structure of a cover body of an embodiment of an automatic start package cover of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a first clamping groove 22 for installing the connecting ring 4 is formed in the side wall of the cover body 2, and the connecting ring 4 is clamped in the first clamping groove 22. The inner diameter of the connecting ring 4 is slightly larger than the diameter of the annular clamping groove I22, so that the connecting ring 4 is rotatably connected with the cover body 2. The connecting ring 4 is connected with the cap 3 through a flexible connecting part 20, and the cap 3, the connecting ring 4 and the flexible connecting part 20 are integrally formed by injection molding of the same material. The thickness at the flexible connection 20 is thin and elastic, enabling repeated folding and unfolding between the cap 3 and the connection ring 4.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the internal structure of the cap of an embodiment of the package cover of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a guide structure for guiding the rotation of the cap 3 is provided on the side wall of the cover body 2. The guide structure comprises a horizontal guide groove 5, one end of the horizontal guide groove 5 is provided with a guide-out groove 6 in an upward inclined mode, and an opening is formed in the guide-out groove 6. The horizontal guide groove 5 is positioned above the first clamping groove 22. The outer side surface of the guide-out groove 6 is connected with the other end of the horizontal guide groove 5. The inner surface of the side wall of the cap 3 is provided with a slide block 21, and the slide block 21 is positioned at one end of the cap 3 far away from the connecting part. The slider 21 is located in the horizontal guide groove 5 and slides in the horizontal guide groove 5. The slider 21 slides along the horizontal guide groove 5 and the lead-out groove 6, thereby achieving screwing and unscrewing of the cap 3 and the lid body 2.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a cover body of an embodiment of an automatic start package cover of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the cover body 2 is provided with a limiting structure which has a limiting effect on the rotation of the cap 3. The limiting structure comprises a unscrewing limiting groove 11 and a screwing limiting groove 12, and the unscrewing limiting groove 11 and the screwing limiting groove 12 are both arranged in the horizontal guide groove 5. The included angle between the screwing limiting groove 11 and the screwing limiting groove 12 is 180 degrees, and the screwing limiting groove 12 is positioned below the guide-out groove 6. The connecting part 20 of the connecting ring 4 and the flexible connecting part is provided with a first guide block 19 which slides in the horizontal guide groove 5, one side of the unscrewing limiting groove 11 is provided with a first limiting block 9 which has a limiting effect on the first guide block 19, and one side of the screwing limiting groove 12 is provided with a second limiting block 10 which has a limiting effect on the first guide block 19. The first guide block 19 slides in a major arc groove formed by the first limiting block 9 and the second limiting block 10. When the first guide block 19 rotates into the unscrewing limiting groove 11, the sliding block 21 just slides to the guiding groove 6, so that the cap 3 is opened from the cover body 2; when the first guide block 19 rotates into the screwing limiting groove 12, the slide block 21 slides into the horizontal guide groove 5, and locking between the cap 3 and the cover body 2 is achieved.

The side wall of the cover body 2 is also provided with an anti-counterfeiting structure. The anti-counterfeiting structure comprises a second annular clamping groove 23 arranged on the side wall of the cover body 2, and the second clamping groove 23 is positioned below the first clamping groove 22. A clamping ring 7 is clamped in the second clamping groove 23, and the clamping ring 7 is connected with the connecting ring 4 through an easily-torn anti-fake line 8.

The outer surface of the side wall of the cap 3 is provided with an anti-slip thread 17 and an opening groove 18, which facilitate the rotation and opening of the cap 3.

Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a cutting ring configuration for an automatic start package closure embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the cover body 2 is provided with a rotary cutting structure inside. The rotary cutting structure comprises a rotary cutting ring which is rotatably connected with the inner part of the cover body 2. The outer surface of the upper part of the cutting ring 13 is provided with a plurality of second guide blocks 24, in this embodiment, three second guide blocks 24. The second guide block 24 is a diamond structure with a group of opposite sides horizontally arranged. The inner surface of the cover body 2 is provided with an arc-shaped guide groove which has a guide function on the second guide block 24 and rotates anticlockwise and downwards. The second guide block 24 rotates along the guide groove.

The cap 3 is provided with a transmission structure for driving the rotary cutting ring to rotate. The transmission structure comprises two shifting pieces 14 arranged on the inner surface of the top end of the cap 3, and the included angle between the two shifting pieces 14 is 180 degrees. The pick 14 is integral with the cap 3. The inner surface of the cutting ring 13 is provided with a limiting group which has a limiting effect on the shifting sheet 14, and the limiting group corresponds to the shifting sheet 14 one by one. The limit group comprises two stops 16, and the plectrum 14 is positioned between the two stops 16 of the limit group. The shifting piece 14 is of a wide trapezoid-like structure close to one end of the cap 3, and the end, far away from the cap 3, of the shifting piece 14 is of an arc-shaped structure, so that the shifting piece 14 can be conveniently inserted between the two stop blocks 16. The distance between the two stops 16 is slightly greater than the width of the end of the pick 14 close to the cap 3. The bottom of the rotary cutting ring is provided with saw-toothed cutting teeth 15, and the bottom of the rotary cutting ring is provided with a notch 25 for avoiding completely cutting off the aluminum foil. Plectrum 14 card is established between two dog 16, rotates block 3, and plectrum 14 passes through dog 16 and drives cutting ring 13 synchronous rotation, cutting ring 13 and 2 inner wall swivelling joints of lid to make the rotatory decline of cutting ring 13 or rotatory rising, thereby realize the cutting of aluminium foil.

When the aluminum foil cutting device is opened, the cap 3 is rotated anticlockwise, the cap 3 drives the connecting ring 4 to rotate synchronously, the easily-torn anti-fake line 8 between the connecting ring 4 and the clamping ring 7 is broken, the cap 3 drives the connecting ring 4 to rotate anticlockwise continuously, in the anticlockwise rotating process of the cap 3, the poking piece 14 drives the cutting ring 13 to rotate anticlockwise through the stop block 16, the guide block II 24 on the cutting ring 13 is matched with the anticlockwise downward guide groove on the inner wall of the cover body 2, the guide block II 24 moves anticlockwise and downward along the guide groove, so that the cutting ring 13 is driven to rotate and move downward, the cutting tooth 15 is inserted into an aluminum foil, along with the further anticlockwise rotation of the cap 3, the cutting tooth 15 rotates to cut the aluminum foil, a part of the aluminum foil is left at the notch 25 at the bottom of the cutting ring 13 and is prevented from falling into a packaging box, the guide block I19 rotates anticlockwise to the unscrewing limiting groove 11, and the sliding block 21 just moves to the opening of the exporting groove 6, the cap 3 is opened, the poking piece 14 is separated from the stop block 16, and the liquid in the packaging box can be poured out; when the cap is closed, the cap 3 is pressed downwards, the shifting piece 14 is inserted between the two stop blocks 16 again, the sliding block 21 enters the guide groove 6 from the opening of the guide groove 6, then the cap 3 rotates clockwise, the stop blocks 16 slide along the guide groove 6 and the horizontal guide groove 5, the shifting piece 14 drives the cutting ring 13 to move clockwise and upwards through the stop blocks 16, the cutting teeth 15 move upwards, the first guide block 19 slides into the screwing limiting groove 12, the sliding block 21 moves to the horizontal guide groove 5, the sliding block 21 is blocked by the horizontal guide groove 5, the cap 3 cannot be opened, and locking of the cap 3 is achieved.

Therefore, the automatic opening packaging cover adopting the structure cuts off the aluminum foil at the liquid outlet of the packaging box by rotating the cover body, and the opening of the paper box is convenient.
