Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the adjusting valve connecting seat 12 has a two-section structure, one section has a smaller outer diameter, an outer thread is tapped on an outer wall of the section, the other section has a larger outer diameter, the outer diameter of the section is consistent with that of the flow guide pipe 10, and the adjusting valve connecting seat 12 is in threaded connection with the flow guide pipe 10 through the section with the smaller outer diameter; the limiting plate 15 and the limiting block are both of arc-shaped structures and are arranged in the regulating valve connecting seat 12 to enable the liquid outlet 19 of the regulating valve connecting seat to be arc-shaped, the regulating plate 20 is of an arc-shaped structure and is positioned between the limiting plate 15 and the limiting block, and the bottom end of the regulating plate 20 is hinged with the limiting plate 15 and the limiting block; the top end of the adjusting plate 20 is connected with a shifting sheet 17, and the shifting sheet 17 penetrates through a strip-shaped digging hole 16 on the outer wall of the adjusting valve connecting seat 12; the position of the adjusting plate 20 in the liquid outlet 19 is provided with a limiting arc plate 18, the limiting arc plate 18 is attached to the inner wall of the adjusting valve connecting seat 12, and the width of the limiting arc plate 18 is greater than that of the strip-shaped digging hole 16. The adjusting plate 20 of the adjusting valve assembly can be shifted to adjust the position thereof through the shifting piece 17, so as to increase or decrease the covering of the liquid outlet 19 of the adjusting valve connecting seat 12, and reduce or increase the size of the liquid outlet 19.
The rapid assembly production line for the assembled flusher comprises a flusher filling part, a sprayer assembly part and a press seat assembly part, and is characterized in that the flusher filling part comprises a bottle feeding conveying belt 27 and a flusher discharging conveying belt 28 positioned on the bottle feeding conveying belt 27, a second tubular linear motor which is vertically arranged is arranged beside the bottle feeding conveying belt 27 and the flusher discharging conveying belt 28, a second rotor 24 of the second tubular linear motor is connected with a bottle clamping mechanism 26, bottle limiting parts are arranged on the bottle feeding conveying belt 27 in an array mode, limiting blocks 47 are symmetrically arranged on the bottle limiting parts, a slotted hole 48 is formed between the bottle limiting parts of the bottle feeding conveying belt 27, a swing rod pushing mechanism 30 is arranged above one side of the bottle feeding conveying belt 27, and a liquid storage tank 29 is arranged above the bottle feeding conveying belt 27; the sprayer assembly assembling part comprises a sprayer assembly feeding conveying belt 38, paired sprayer assembly limiting grooves are formed in the surface array of the sprayer assembly feeding conveying belt 38, a third tubular linear motor is arranged above the tail of the sprayer assembly feeding conveying belt 38 to drive a sprayer assembly clamp to transfer, the sprayer assembly clamp comprises a driving gear 66, the driving gear 66 is driven by a motor 32 and can lift along with the motor 32, and a rotatable clamp 37 is arranged below the driving gear 66; the press seat assembly part comprises a support table 23 arranged opposite to the spray head assembly feeding and conveying belt 38, a first tubular linear motor is arranged on the support table 23 and drives a press seat clamp to transfer, the press seat clamp comprises a die closing clamp 35, and a die closing clamp clamping piece capable of lifting and rotating is arranged above the support table 23.
When the filling part is filling the liquid medicine of the bottle body 1, the nozzle component assembling part also sequentially assembles the regulating valve connecting seat 12 and the nozzle 14 of the nozzle component on the pressing seat component 3, after the bottle body 1 is clamped and lifted by the bottle body clamping piece 42, the pressing seat component 3 is assembled on the bottle body 1 through the matching of the cylindrical clamping piece 34 and the die assembling clamp 35, and then the flusher is integrally pushed to the flusher discharging conveying belt 28 through the bottle body clamping piece 42 to be discharged.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the swing rod pushing mechanism 30 includes a rotary table 51 driven by a rotary table motor 25, the swing rod pushing mechanism 30 connected to a rotary shaft of the rotary table 51 is matched with the slot 48 to push the bottle feeding conveyor belt 27 at intervals, the swing rod pushing mechanism 30 includes a first connecting rod 53, one end of the first connecting rod 53 is connected to the rotary shaft of the rotary table 51, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged to a second connecting rod 54, the first connecting rod 53 and the rotary table 51 are arranged in parallel and rotate synchronously, a second stopper 50 is arranged at an intersection point of a straight line where the outer side edge of the rotary table 51 and the first connecting rod 53 are located, a first stopper 52 is arranged at a position where the outer side edge of the rotary table 51 is symmetrical to the second stopper 50, and a photoelectric position sensor probe 49 is arranged at a position where the bottom of the liquid storage tank 29 is opposite to the second stopper 50; one end of the liquid storage box 29 is connected with a liquid inlet pipe 44, the other end of the liquid storage box is provided with a liquid outlet pipe 46, a liquid inlet valve 43 and a liquid outlet valve 45 are respectively arranged on the liquid inlet pipe 44 and the liquid outlet pipe 46, and a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet pipe 46 is positioned above the bottle body limiting part.
The mechanical swing rod pushing mechanism 30 is used for realizing the forward conveying of the bottle feeding conveyer belt 27 at intervals, and the bottle 1 is filled by matching with the liquid storage tank 29.
