The aviation case is a novel packaging product which is produced by aiming at the defects that the traditional simple wooden case packaging transportation can not solve the problems that the high-tech product can not be effectively protected in the long-distance transportation process and the maneuverability is poor and replaces the transportation.

Current aviation case comprises the upper cover, the box two parts, mainly used deposits or transports the packing of LED display screen, stereo set and lighting equipment, provide storage location and transportation protection for the product, however, the tradition is used for the aviation case of LED display screen and is using and vanning the in-process, the display screen in the box separates through the several baffle, the several baffle is parallel to each other, the right angle screen of can't directly packing into, the screen body that needs dismantle the right angle screen in advance when leading to the customer to use the right angle screen vanning, it is very inconvenient, and deposit or transport and need reinstall after finishing, the screen body of right angle screen causes spare part wearing and tearing easily under the condition of frequent dismantlement and installation, very waste time.

the principle is as follows: constitute several right angle screen mounting groove 4 between setting through baffle 3 and the box 1, the right angle screen can be under the condition of not dismantling in the direct right angle screen mounting groove 4 of box 1 of packing into, through first EVA cotton 5, the setting of second EVA cotton 6 and high foaming cotton 7 makes the right angle screen can not deposit or transport on the way wearing and tearing, thereby convenient transportation, the time of right angle screen dismantlement and installation has been saved, the phenomenon of empting can not appear in the right angle screen on the way of transporting, convenient operation.

As a further scheme of the invention: a plurality of universal casters 9 which are uniformly arranged are fixedly arranged on the lower side of the box body 1, and handles 10 are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the box body 1; so that the transportation of the case 1 is more convenient.

As a further scheme of the invention: a hinge 11 is fixedly arranged between the upper cover 2 and the box body 1, and the upper cover 2 is hinged and matched with the box body 1 through the hinge 11; the opening and closing of the upper cover 2 are more stable and faster.

As a further scheme of the invention: the upper end of the front side of the box body 1 is fixedly provided with a connecting lock 14, the lower end of the front side of the upper cover 2 is fixedly provided with a connecting buckle 15, the upper end of the connecting lock 14 extends out of the box body 1, and the connecting lock 14 and the connecting buckle 15 are mutually buckled and matched; make upper cover 2 close back can with box 1 mutual lock joint, avoid upper cover 2 to open automatically in transit.

As a further scheme of the invention: the outer side of the box body 1 is fixedly provided with anti-collision EVA cotton 18, the anti-collision EVA cotton 18 is of a frame-shaped structure, and the anti-collision EVA cotton 18 is arranged above the lower side anti-collision wrap angle 17; make box 1 can possess better crashproof effect, promote the transportation easily with other box 1 collision each other, the setting of crashproof EVA cotton 18 makes box 1 not fragile when the collision.

As a further scheme of the invention: the upper cover 2 and the box body 1 are both made of seven-ply boards, the outer side surfaces of the upper cover 2 and the box body 1 are fixedly adhered with fireproof plates 19, and the edges of the fireproof plates 19 cover the aluminum alloy covered edges 16; make upper cover 2 and box 1 can be high temperature resistant and fire prevention, protection right angle screen that can be better.
