step S150: and generating a nucleic acid detection report containing the nucleic acid detection result, analyzing the nucleic acid detection report corresponding to the target mixed-sampling bar code, and uploading the analysis result to a mobile terminal.

and the generating module is used for generating a nucleic acid detection report containing the nucleic acid detection result, analyzing the nucleic acid detection report corresponding to the target mixed-sampling bar code and uploading the analysis result to the mobile terminal.

The nucleic acid sample collection management system according to claim 6, wherein the binding module is further configured to continue to obtain the identity information of the plurality of the persons to be detected when the number of the nucleic acid detection samples in the test tube does not reach the set value.

Background

The screening of the large-scale community population of the novel coronavirus is carried out by adopting a mixed collection scheme, most of the existing mixed collection technologies are based on the data of a plurality of testers (5-10), firstly combined into a bar code, manually printed and pasted on a test tube, and then sequentially collected and detected by using throat swabs.

The common mixed sampling specimen is combined with the data of the examiner in advance, for example, 5 persons are mixed sampling, 5 persons are required to be equal in 5 mixed sampling, then the bar codes are combined, the waiting time of the examiner is long, and the situation that the collection personnel are empty is caused. Particularly, the processing is complicated when the number of people is large, and the judgment of whether to wait for the fifth time is artificially made when the number of people is less than 5. This process has time slots for the acquirer and the inspector.

The detection of the new crown nucleic acid requires a sampling nurse to wear protective clothing, gloves and the like, and the manual printing and the manual bar code pasting are very difficult. And under the condition of inconvenient hands, the bar code attached to the instrument can not be identified by automatic instrument equipment due to inclination, instability and the like, and the automatic nucleic acid detection of the instrument equipment is seriously influenced.

(2) the bar code is automatically printed by the automatic labeling equipment, so that the problem that a sampling nurse is not flexible in manually printing the label and the bar code when wearing the protective clothing can be solved, and the problem that the result of subsequent inspection equipment cannot be matched due to the non-compliance of the bar code label can be avoided;

(3) and (3) one-key report issuing, splitting the mixed-collected sample information into report information of each detector, automatically synchronizing the report information to urban areas or provincial health departments, splitting and issuing the mixed-collected report, and quickly inquiring the report at a mobile phone end by a small program and the like.
