The working principle of the flat steel bundle heading machine is that a hydraulic cylinder drives a cantilever bracket to rotate around a rear rotating shaft, a cylinder controls a pinch roller bracket to rotate around a front rotating shaft, and a pinch roller moving along with the pinch roller bracket bends a flat steel bundle twisting head which is not processed in a subsequent process of the binding machine. Step 1 (see figure 4), a piston rod of an air cylinder extends out to push a pinch roller bracket to drive a pinch roller to rotate around a front rotating shaft, and the next step is carried out after the pinch roller bracket is completed; step 2 (see fig. 5), a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is retracted, the cantilever bracket is pulled to rotate around the rear rotating shaft, at this time, a pinch roller bracket, a pinch roller, an air cylinder and the like which are arranged on the cantilever bracket swing downwards along with the cantilever bracket, the flat steel bundle and the kinking head are just in the range of the radius of gyration action of the pinch roller, the dead weight of the flat steel bundle is about 2.5 tons and is in a static state, the kinking head cannot block the motion of the pinch roller and is bent, the pinch roller moves along the outer surface of the flat steel bundle under the continuous thrust of the air cylinder and bends the kinking head, the air cylinder plays a role of compressing a spring in the process, and the principle of compressibility of air is mainly utilized, and the next step is carried out after the completion; step 3 (see fig. 6), the air cylinder controls the piston rod to retract through the reversing valve, the pressing wheel is driven to be separated from the outer surface of the flat steel bundle, preparation work is carried out for the next action, the bent kinked head is mainly prevented from being tied up in the next action process, and the next step is carried out after the operation is finished; and 4 (see fig. 7), the hydraulic cylinder controls the piston rod to extend out through the reversing valve, the cantilever frame is driven to swing upwards around the rear rotating shaft, and the heading machine returns to the initial position at the moment, so that a heading cycle is completed.
The flat steel bundle pressing head machine is directly installed on the existing bundling machine, adopts mechanical automation to press and bend the flat steel bundle twisting head, can reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the production efficiency, can avoid scratching or pressing the bottom surface of the flat steel bundle, and has the advantages of convenient use, high safety performance and the like.
