Background
China is a country with frequent natural disasters, casualties caused by urban waterlogging caused by rainstorm or flood occur every year, and a lifeboat is urgently needed when the urban waterlogging occurs.
Most of the existing lifeboats are inflatable, convenient to use, but the structure is too simple, the interior has no protection device for people, the people take the lifeboat unstably, the situation of falling into water of the people is easy to happen, and the normal rescue work is influenced.

The invention aims to provide an urban waterlogging lifeboat, and aims to solve the technical problems that most lifeboats in the prior art are inflatable, no protection device for passengers is arranged in the lifeboat, the passengers are not stable in riding, the condition of falling into water is easily caused, and normal rescue work is influenced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the urban waterlogging lifeboat comprises a boat body, a seat, an elastic belt, a protection component and a multifunctional component;

The seat is fixed in the hull hold the intracavity, make personnel take more comfortablely, the both ends of elastic webbing are fixed through the buckle block on the seat for the winding is on taking personnel's leg or abdomen portion, will take personnel to fix on the seat, the steadiness that ensures personnel take avoids personnel to take the shakiness and fall into water, protection component makes personnel take more firm, multifunctional assembly increases the function of hull more conveniently rescues.
The protection assembly comprises a slide rod and a stabilizing member, wherein the slide rod is fixedly connected with the ship body and is positioned on one side of the ship body close to the seat; the stabilizing member is removably connected to the slide bar.
The slide rod is arranged on the inner side of the ship body and is used for holding by hands of a person, and the stabilizing member is arranged at the same time, so that the person can sit more stably.
The multifunctional assembly comprises an installation box and a functional component, wherein the installation box is detachably connected with the ship body and is positioned on one side of the ship body, which is far away from the seat; the functional component is located inside the installation box.
The installation box is clamped and installed in the ship body, and the functional components are installed inside the installation box.
The functional component comprises a telescopic rod, a supporting table and an equipment part, wherein the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the installation box and is positioned in the installation box; the support table is fixedly connected with the output end of the telescopic rod and is positioned on one side of the telescopic rod, which is far away from the installation box; the equipment component is rotatably connected with the supporting table.
The telescopic rod is fixed inside the installation box, one end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the supporting table to drive the supporting table to extend out of the installation box, and meanwhile, the supporting table supports the equipment parts.
The equipment component comprises a driving motor and a rotating table, wherein the driving motor is fixedly connected with the supporting table and is positioned on one side of the supporting table, which is far away from the telescopic rod; the rotating table is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor and is positioned above the supporting table.
The driving motor drives the rotating table to rotate on the supporting table.
The equipment component further comprises a camera and a loudspeaker, wherein the camera is detachably connected with the rotating table and is positioned on one side, far away from the supporting table, of the rotating table; the loudspeaker is detachably connected with the rotating platform and is positioned on one side of the rotating platform, which is close to the camera.
The camera and the loudspeaker are fixed on the rotating platform through bolts, the camera and the loudspeaker extend out of the installation box along with the rotating platform and rotate along with the rotating platform, and therefore all-around shooting and voice information broadcasting are achieved, and rescue workers can search and rescue conveniently.
The multifunctional assembly further comprises a fixing bolt, wherein the fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the installation box and is located between the installation box and the ship body.
The fixing bolt penetrates through the installation box, and the installation box is in threaded connection with the ship body, so that the installation box is more stable in installation, and the using effect is better.
According to the urban waterlogging lifeboat, when the boat body runs on the water surface, the seat is fixed in the accommodating cavity in the boat body, so that people can sit more comfortably, meanwhile, the two ends of the elastic belt are fixed on the seat through the buckles in a clamping manner, legs or waists of the people are wound to be fixed on the seat, so that the people can sit stably, the falling accident caused by unstable sitting is avoided, the protection assembly enables the people to sit more stably, the multifunctional assembly increases the functions of the boat body, the search and rescue work of the search and rescue people is facilitated, the search and rescue work is safer to sit, and the normal operation of the search and rescue work is guaranteed.

In this embodiment, the hull 1 is used for traveling on the water surface, and the accommodating cavity 101 is arranged inside the hull for the passengers to sit, the seat 2 is fixed in the accommodating cavity 101, so that the passengers can sit more comfortably, meanwhile, the two ends of the elastic belt 3 are fixed on the seat 2 through the buckle clamping, the elastic belt 3 is made of elastic rubber materials and has elasticity, and is used for winding legs or waist and abdomen parts of the passengers, so that the passengers can sit on the seat 2 stably, the situation that the passengers sit unstably and fall into water is prevented, the protection component 10 is installed in the hull 1, so that the passengers sit more stably, the multifunctional component 20 is installed on the hull 1, the functions of the hull 1 are increased, the rescue work of the rescuers is facilitated, the riding is more stable, and the normal operation of the rescue work is promoted.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the protection assembly 10 includes a slide rod 11 and a stabilizing member 12, wherein the slide rod 11 is fixedly connected to the hull 1 and is located on a side of the hull 1 close to the seat 2; the securing member 12 is removably attached to the slide bar 11.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the securing member 12 includes a slide buckle 121 and an air bag belt 122, the slide buckle 121 is engaged with the slide rod 11 and is located on a side of the slide rod 11 close to the seat 2; the airbag belt 122 is fixedly connected with the slide buckle 121 and is located on one side of the slide buckle 121 far away from the slide rod 11.

In the present embodiment, the hull 1 has a groove that fits the mounting box 21, and the mounting box 21 is engaged and fixed, and the fixing bolt 23 penetrates the mounting box 21 and the hull 1, and is screwed to the mounting box 21 and the hull 1, thereby fixing the mounting box 21 to the hull 1; the telescopic rod 221 is an electric push rod with the model number PYT150, and is a device which runs in a straight line, one telescopic end of the telescopic rod 221 is fixedly connected with the support platform 222, the telescopic rod retracts when not in use, all equipment is hidden in the installation box 21, the installation box 21 plays a role of storage box protection, when in use, the telescopic end of the telescopic rod 221 extends out to drive the support platform 222 to extend out of the installation box 21, the support platform 222 is fixedly provided with the driving motor 2231, the output end of the driving motor 2231 is fixedly connected with the rotating platform 2232, the rotating platform 2232 is matched with the support platform 222 and can rotate on the support platform 222, and further when the driving motor 2231 is powered on to run, the rotating platform 2232 is driven to rotate; the camera 2233 is D395 and is fixed on the rotary table 2232 through a bolt for shooting videos and facilitating later-stage tracing, the speaker 2234 is FR800 and is fixed on the rotary table 2232 through the bolt for broadcasting voices and facilitating search and rescue of search and rescue personnel, and further the camera 2233 and the speaker 2234 rotate through the rotary table 2232 to perform multidirectional shooting videos and voice broadcasting, so that search and rescue work of the search and rescue personnel is facilitated and search and rescue efficiency is improved; the climbing ladder 24 is fixed on the outer side of the ship body 1, so that people outside the ship body 1 can climb and conveniently enter the ship body 1, the use is more convenient, and the normal operation of search and rescue work is promoted.
